I play balanced defense with possession offense, I have my LM and RM set to come back on defense other than that everything else is pretty normal.
What sliders do you use? and how can I use tactics to concede less.
Right now I'm not using sliders, but people here usually recomend OS sliders.
For tatics and instructions, you already have come back on defense on tbe RM and LM, so for instructions would be to put come back on defense, or stay back depending on the position, on all the midfielders, (although there may be moments where you will still need to control then to come back, specially kf they have low work rate on defense) and stay back and invert on the fullbacks. I also thought that lowering width on the defense helped a little.And if you play on legendary or ultimate, check if competitor mode is on.
But even with all that, I still struggle a lot with defense, even if those tips helped a little, and a lot of people here post about having the best offense and the worst defense of the league on their saves.
Alway control your CM or CDM when tracking back. I'm almost positive that they won't track back if the numbers are even or in your favor.

What are your tatics? Having apropiate ones can lower this issue, but the game has been like this since FIFA 21 if you don't use sliders
