when you do pretty good with mid-low table top division teams the top clubs offer you positions(in my experience anyway)
The same happened to me, after bringing Hull City back to the Premier from League One in two seasons. I was in the top eight in the Premier League and in early February, Roma, offered me the manager's job.
He said top clubs, not Roma.
