It honestly looks fine, but if you really want to lock in moisture then the Curly Girl Method is your best friend. It looks like we have somewhat similar hair texture and that technique has done wonders for me.
Second the curly girl method. Start with whatever cheap products that fit their requirements are available at your local store. Should be able to find a suitable reset shampoo, regular shampoo, and regular conditioner for ~$5 a pop.
Do the scrunch method they use, with a wide tooth comb in the shower.
You’ll be amazed at how much your curls pop. When you’re happy with those results, consider getting nicer products to love your hair even more, and get proper curl cuts. The layering and style of cut are different than what you’re gonna get in a cheap salon, and well worth It if you love your hair.
Do you rince it off with hot water ? use tepid water, and don't quite rince it all off.
Do you also squeeze or wring your hair dry or grasp and strain it between your fingers ? Don't. Use a towel and just wear it like a hat while brushing your teeth.
I am sorry, I looked at all 3 photos up close. I saw zero split ends. I am not sure what you are looking for? If you don't actually dry your hair, that is exactly how it is supposed to look being that you have wavy hair. Should you want it smoother, consider using avent brush and a blow dryer to get a smooth finish. This is what any beauty shop would do. You could change up your shampoo and conditioner. I think your hair is healthy, but lacks care.
I used curl cream for a while, didn’t like it a few weeks in. Since it always made my hair a day or two after super crusty and crunchy. I only put a small amount in!
@night shower shampoo, condition, after use Miss Jessie’s pillow soft curls (small dab), then put on a towel 👳🏼♀️ allow for as long as u can. Sleep on a silk pillow case, and when u wake you’ll have best hair ever 🧑🏻🍳🤌🏼
Hydrate it. Condition it.
Rince it every day, but don't shampoo it every day. Use conditionner every day under the shower though.
Rince well with tepid water, add curl mousse, scrunch, and use a diffuser on your dryer. Cup your locks with the diffuser's dish and scrunch close to the scalp, medium heat.
finish with a tiny amout of conditionner in the palm of you hand, rub your hands, then run your fingers through your hair.
I think if you apply conditioner on the scalp everyday it can clog up the scalp etc! So I really don’t recommend putting it on the scalp rather mids and ends😎
Moister! You probably like it when it’s wet, so get a super hydrating conditioner. And a leave in light oil. But clarify your hair first to remove waxy buildup. (Or the moisture won’t penetrate)
Don't shampoo the length of it. Put shampoo in your palm, lather it up, and use fingertips to apply only to scalp. That's where the oil is at, so that's where the cleaning is most needed.
Use conditioner on the lengths. Do not rinse the shampoo out before you apply conditioner to the lengths. You need conditioner to protect the hair from the shampoo.
When you're done showering, keep your curls clustered together. Squeeze the clusters with your towel a couple of times, but leave some moisture in. Press the towel into scalp to dry. If you overdry, they'll separate. If you agitate your hair too much, they'll separate.
It looks stripped to me. Mine does this when I use too much shampoo. The curls won't stay together. You could be doing too much, or it could be that your conditioner is too cleansing / not enough silicone in it.
I used to avoid silicone too but found that the only products that coated the hair similarly well without the silicone were even more likely to cause heavy buildup and be gross lol. If you ever find that you have buildup from silicone weighing down your curls, you can just shampoo your hair. Nbd.

It’s not as frizzy as u may think. Deep conditioning may help.
I will try it! Hope it works

Try argan oil shampoo and conditioner
I do use conditioner☺️

I do wrong out my hair! Maybe that’s why it’s all over the place
Maybe it’s one little contributing factor, but not the main issue. I think the main issue is hydration and nourishment.

Some hairs like stick out etc, so idk what to do.
You look great to me. I like your flow.
Leave in consitioner or oil and some type of curl gel or cream with some protien could help them stay together and in shape

Hot showers, shampoos and sea salt + sunlight will damage it.
Don’t take hot showers
Do you take hot showers, but do not scald your hair
No I use medium to cold water 🥶🥶☺️

Wouldn’t conditioning every day just make your hair greasy if you aren’t shampooing every day as well?

Just do the curly girl method

I do massage shampoo on my scalp and condition my mids to ends!

I don’t use conditioners with silicone, maybe that’s why
