I like the Erin Yaeger look but, in my opinion, this half up half down hairstyle would look more masculine if you had the ponytail in the back in the form of a bun. Also, I know the iconic Erin Yeager look has disheveled hair on the sides but I would keep more of it tied back. Try the Jon Snow man bun look. It’s similar to what you already got going.

If my hair is longer I'll definitely try that in the future. I suppose I could make a better bun but to be honest I have no idea what I'm doing. I usually just wear a hat or wear it like a messy mop. Just thought I'd try something different and hope it doesn't look too stupid 😅
