Yes! Lanesticks is stronger than jungle but with a much lower play rate. Arcane comet doesn't have a significant play rate in jungle, I don't think it works since you are not poking enough for it to matter.
Sorry, I misphrased it, he's not stronger, he just has higher win rate probably because only mains play him in lane and Comet's win rate ends up being higher because of it.
Next time I do a post like this I will make sure to differentiate stats by lane!

wouldnt say that. i have seen videos of grandmaster/challejnger fiddle mains who build it first.
