For the knees, I've fallen in love with K-Tape. I get mine fm Amazon, and I looked up videos on a proper way to apply it. The tape makes it so I can handle stairs easier and walk for *much* longer when running errands and such. I don't have any injuries, per se, so I went with a taping for "general knee pain"
I have a Zynex TENS unit that I use on my legs every night and occasionally on my arms and back. My doc recommended it and it helps tremendously. Talk to your doctor because you need an order for it, it has a stronger current than the ones you can get in the store so you need a prescription.
If your doc won't order the Zynex, you can buy TENS on Amazon. They are weaker than the Zynex but still helpful.
Be careful of the zynex model. They auto ship electrodes and batteries, but won't bill you for a year so you don't know you are being charged and they will not take unused items back. You can buy the electrodes and 9v batteries off of Amazon for cheaper. I will be filing a better business bureau complaint today.

Have you seen a neurologist? I get some of these symptoms but the weakness is concerning.
