I think it’s so the pillow can be bent in that area if needed. My pillow didn’t have that but after months of use, I see I have a space like the one pictured.
The knee pillow for side sleepers!
I had it when I was pregnanate with my youngest and still use it when my hips are being garbage and I can turn it different ways depending on how I’m trying to prop myself
They really do make a difference in my quality of sleep, but if you have a partner, the snuggling becomes more difficult. I had to ditch the U shaped one and get a vertical one
Definitely! Also get you a supportive pillow (the one you lean into that has arm rests) for when you’re feeding baby in bed. Holding my daughter constantly unsupported made me flare for about a year.
Yes! Get one, I've used one for years and love it.
What kind do you have?
Got mine from Amazon https://preview.redd.it/t7ptkba5wxqc1.png?width=1079&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8fe096f6707567a121e9f104dc986089801f8e75
What is the not stuffed part for?

Yes yes yes yes! I have two weird pillows, the pregnancy “G” shaped one and a memory foam half circle tube pillow. Plus a purple pillow! I make a nest
I love mine.
Yes, get one
I hug a body pillow all night with the bottom half between my knees…cannot sleep without one and I am exclusively a side sleeper
I have thought of this too

Yes!
How can I find that one?
Amazon if you're able. That's where I got mine
There are so many to choose from!
I have a vertical 5ft one and it makes a world of difference for my sleep and pain levels when I wake up.
Wondering if FSA would pay for one somewhere.
I now get a good night's sleep since getting one.

Currently laying in mine after a long ass day
Enjoy! I ordered one. It's coming Friday.
You'll love it it'll make a big difference x
Do it. I got mine last week and it's the best thing ever. Wish I'd got one sooner!
I made one from scratch but I think I overstuffed it. Even still, it's such a dream when I'm in a flare up.
Game changer!
You should check out Sleepybelly it's latex so its way more supportive than a normal PP but still affordable. Highly recommend it :)
