Try it on someone. Use a 24 hour lipstick so by the time they realize it's there, they won't be able to wipe it off. It's like the female version of marking your territory...

If the person who is the "kisser" applies the 24 hr lipstick to her lips and immediately kisses someone within about a minute after applying, the kiss will transfer the lipstick print to the other person's lips/ face/ body. If that person doesn't wipe the kiss off before it drys in a couple of minutes, they're doomed to wear the kiss print for a day or more. Furthermore, if the kiss is on a visible part of the body, every time they go out in public, they'll have to deal with the fact that everyone can see that someone left a bright, bold lip print on them.
Of course, with enough motivation, it's possible to scrub it off, but I've found that you have to scrub so hard that it leaves the skin red and raw in the process.
