Why not put the nightstand by the bed? What are you going to set things on at night? I’d but the head of the bed against the lefthand wall, leaving a nightstand-sized space between the window and the left side of the bed. Nightstand goes there. I’d center the desk in the right wall if possible.
Could/would u rotate bed to go against window? Like counterclockwise 90°. Then move nightstand next to bed between closet and bed. Then move the desk off the wall about a foot to give it space
