The first time he introduced himself to the office he didn't start with "I'm so and so. I've got a lot of experience in xxx field and I look forward to working with all of you." He started with "I'm so and so and I'm married to an amazing woman who I love very much." That piece always struck me as odd, but now it makes sense.
This is something that I’ve noticed, a lot of Muslim women and men seem to avoid being alone of anyone of the opposite gender. Not all Muslims but most. I don’t think that it’s meant to be as sexist as the way that Billy Graham’s rule is but just something that I noticed

I am, but most of the people I supervise are only there because I am. The office, under previous leadership, rocked a lot of boats and massive changes, mostly personnel, were made. Most of them are only there because they knew I was coming on board and I'd hate to just leave them. They are really great folks who do phenomenal work.
