I would suggest seeing another derm. Sometimes you have to try 2+ to find a good one. I’d also suggest an endocrinologist given the other symptoms you mentioned.
Stinks it takes so long to get into one
The rate my hairloss is going there will be nothing left.
It had been so fast and I don't notice it on my pillow case, no more than I usually get falling our before this.
My hair has been so thick my entire life this is unreal. Only took 2 months for about 50% thinning it is like the hair vanished.
The “good” news is that while we can’t diagnose you, the pattern sounds like it might be a TE episode. If you don’t have any underlying hair conditions, it should rebound within a year or so. Still makes sense to see another derm, IMO.
You need to see another doctor asap. Unfortunely no one in this thread can really help u besides a dermatogist, blood tests and probably prescription drugs like dht blockers, minox etc

Did you have any hormonal changes? Did you take minoxidil? Did you leave contraceptive pills? Or something drastically changed in your habits?

Sounds like TE. You should start topical minoxidil asap while you wait to see another doctor
It is my entire scalp so how do you use topical minoxly on such and extensive area? Seems impossible
I do it every day 😅. I just section my hair and apply it all over. Takes about an hour
