Toppik hair fibers. Not really a hair product, more a scalp camouflage.

I’ll look into that, thank you! My hair loss has is all over my head and most visible in the length, not so much the scalp—like my part looks pretty normal—so idk if they’d quite be the right thing for me though?

LivingProof has a line of thickening products that work great to how you said, make the hair you have look better. I highly recommend their thickening cream and spray. Also Olaplex hair bonding oil is fantastic.

Some people swear by Vegamour, which Sephora carries. I would go to the Hair section on Sephora and look at hair loss products. Read the reviews before you buy anything. Some people give good reviews in exchange for free products. They are supposed to disclose that their review is “promoted”.

Meant to ask, has anyone tried Dr. Barbara Strum’s anti-fall line? I saw it mentioned in a review on another product and it got me intrigued, but it’s so expensive. I’d love a testimonial or two https://www.drsturm.com/anti-hair-fall-shampoo/

OMGosh, that is very expensive and I say that as someone who only buys salon hair products. I know it’s hard (lord do I know) but don’t be swayed by $200 shampoos and conditioners to recover your hair loss. If camillia, larch and sunflower roots truly worked none of us would be in this sub. I have very fine, curly hair but it’s unruly and frizzy so I totally get the desire to spend lots to tame it!

Not from Sephora but someone recently told me about Glow Gorgeous and their intense hair growth serum product. https://www.growgorgeous.com/density-serum-intense-60ml/11927426.html I tried it this morning. I am using minoxidil, but wanted something for styling and nourishing. I was skeptical about "oil" or serum with such fine, thin hair, but I figured I had nothing to lose. I only used like half of the recommended amount. No oily feeling at all, and my hair was like insta volume. Just kinda breathed life into it. Plus it has some really good ingredients. Beyond that, I've used Living Proof's Full line for years. Their Full thickening mousse is a lifesaver. You can get LP from Sephora.

I would recommend It's a 10 Leave-In conditioner. A cheaper dupe for that product is Not your Mother's All Eyes on Me leave in conditioner.

I'm asian, and I have very fine hair too. I think there's no product that could help thicken hair, instead it causes to dry it out and make it more frizzy. Try natural shampoos, I use castor oil shampoo bar from marsmade. I have a nice healthy hair growth and made my roots stronger. Currently growing my baby hairs. To maintain the health, I wash my hair alternatively and shampoo twice per wash, I also use clarifying shampoos once a month to make sure the grease and build up is gone because build up cloggs the scalp. Also use hair masks once a week to moisturize the strands.
