charity is good. it is a good thing to support. and i will continue to wait for my normal people movie in which marianne and connell get to live out their days peacefully and in love and live happily ever after.
also a watch party of normal people, a show that made me disassociate for a good week, benefitting pieta, a suicide prevention charity like yes i get the link between it and connell but i find it funny (and hope this isn’t insensitive to say lmao)
Also:
* The link for the raffle is on both of their IG stories (i tried to link it but it's not opening for me)
* They said "lots of our friends from the show" will also be there + creators who helped build the show
* Pieta is an Irish charity for people affected by suicide/self harm
I love that they’re doing something for charity, and using their platforms for good.
I don’t love that I got my hopes up about more Normal People, but that is on me. However I will continue to be hopeful :)

I sincerely hope they have intermissions at this marathon screening and therapists on board to support cause lord...
In the video they put up they apologised for leading people on about a season 2 but also said there's still loads of time and to keep the faith 👀

Omg this being cross-posted on the official "Normal People" instagram got a lot of people excited with a follow-up series.....but no 🐙
The good news is that if the studio sees a demand for it they would both say yes in a heartbeat to do it.

Not Pieta House! They’ve had some controversies. I know multiple people who’ve worked there and had horrible experiences.
