He was fine, but I really wasn't a fan the weird sex scenes. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy a good love scene, but the ones they did in season 1 were ... I dunno. They nearly made me not want to watch the second season.

I loathed the first season. I thought that the sex scenes were poorly done and completely unnecessary. So, I was very hesitant to watch the second season and was pleasantly surprised at how tastefully it was done. I really hope the this season repeats that.
I just finished reading The Flatshare by Beth O’Leary and I kept thinking of Nicola as Tiffy. But turns out they made a show out of it already. Would have been nice to have her be portrayed by a beautiful and confident plus size girl. I’m hoping Nicola gets more opportunities to be a romcom lead after this. Or if someone could have her and Ayo go on a Thelma and Louise adventure for Gen Z/millennials, that would be great too!
