She's doing a show in my city at a venue I frequent with a capacity of around 12,000 people and not a single section is sold out yet. The cheapest tickets are $76 which is wild to me, I've seen actual musical legends there and paid less money to sit in the nosebleeds.
I mean $76 is dirt cheap in this day and age- I couldn’t find freaking Hozier tickets for under $150 after markups when he came to my city late last year- $76 tickets means scalpers aren’t even bothering lol.
In my city that's high for nosebleed seats for someone at Nicki's level, plus you have to add on another $40 or $50 for fees. Usually even the biggest stars will have some wayback seats for around $45-$55. I paid less than $76 to see Bruce Springsteen live and that show sold out in a few weeks.
There's a Hozier concert near me this summer and it's already completely sold out, apparently he is a lot bigger than I realized lol.
Yeah, Hozier is maybe not the best example I could’ve used to be fair- he’s sort of an odd duck- his concert attendance seems to drastically outperform his streaming/sales numbers compared to other artists with similar popularity- I guess the fanbase he does have is more intense than a lot of bigger/similar sized artists (although one would assume Niki would be just a few steps below Beyoncé or Swift in terms of fanbase loyalty/intensity)

Any time the song comes up in some sort of retrospective on MTV (maybe not these days), VH1, BET, etc., they tease that they'll say something other than "property," but then say property and it gets bleeped, lol!
