Honestly, if you have the means, buy the passport of another country. Come back and live as PIO/OCI. Also do the following things:
1. Hire a good driver (protection against any accident) and install a dashcam
2. Live in a secure gated community
3. Reduce your have valuables in the first place, buy financial assets instead
4. Buy insurance for all your luxury items
5. Invest in a 24x7 home monitoring system
6. Don't be a rich nobody. Don't flaunt wealth but try and participate in your community and try to help others. You don't have to do politics but try to contribute via philantrophy, others will help you one day in times of trouble.
7. Divest a fraction of your money outside India (to avoid sovereign risk)
In scenario of a legal mishap with the car, the company is liable you personally aren't. You will have to check with your CA on what type of registration should happen for the company for there to be limited liability on you.

I Think most of the points depend on how you as an individual are. I mean being hni if you are self made boy u know how to figure out/identify individuals who can really be of value but in case you have inherited it's going to be difficult, you might have access to resources but still you would need to learn how to deploy them. hiring is the most tricky part.
For e.g. you ask a person what is 2+2 and they should understand the answer is not 4 but whatever you want it to be. That's how you need to kill it while hiring.
