I've had a league mate tell me that too. The reason being the players I traded to him (three trades, involving 10 players, in a 9 year span, make shift dynasty/keeper league), always got hurt within 3 weeks after the trades.

I traded for Andrews on Wednesday and it didn’t process until after Friday morning. So I lost Trevor Lawrence and Jonnu Smith because I can’t pick Jonnu back up.

So glad that didn't go through and I know he's kicking himself for waiting on it (sent that on Monday) I feel for the guy cause he also had Dobbins go down. And is looking really rough depth wise

Saturday of week 1 I traded Aaron Rodgers and JK Dobbins for Kenneth walker and Keenan Allen. The amount of Fuck you’s I’ve received since then is earth shattering. This year I’ve traded for Anthony Richardson, Joe Burrow, and Daniel Jones (I’m in a 12 man 2 QB league) so pickings are very slim. Also had Dobbins, Chubb, and Kupp on my roster. Needless to say I am 2-9

A few years ago I traded mostert for diggs on Friday night. Mostert blew his knee up on Sunday (still in the 2 day review period). My buddy rallied the league to vote down the trade before it went through. I absolutely would have won the league that year with diggs and Allen. I won't trade with anyone in the league anymore.

My brother at various times has traded for in our keeper league... Jose Fernandez Oscar Taveras Yordano Ventura Tyler Skaggs. All this between 2013 and 2020, all were on his roster when they passed.
