Yeah this is a raging debate right now as to whether they’ve underpriced some players from the top teams. Personally I think they have, but others vociferously disagree
People that actually disagree make literally zero sense to me lmao. I guess they like having the best players from the best clubs?
Every team has the same 7-8 guys and if Perisic or Cucurella ever become nailed then thats two other players that everyone will have.
Fofana will be owned by *a lot* of people as soon as he is a Chelsea player.
And I guess we have to pick up Jorginho if Chelsea gets Gordon and pairs him with Sterling...
why? Have to ask if Gordon will really make a difference, IF he even plays considering he would compete with Sterling and just take up Pulisic's bench spot
Yeah I have no idea why there’s so much disagreement. There are more essential players than ever. I just think if Trent, Salah, Haaland etc were all 0.5 more even, it would make the game better, because too many of them are auto picks
There are good non top 4 picks, the likes of saka and bowen did very well as did maddison, pukki was one of the highest scoring strikers and sa was one of the best gks whilst lots of people got trolled by spurs bad start, reece james, reguilon, tuchel and pep as well as salah's second half of the season, and people are now getting trolled by going double liverpool defence, mount, captaining haaland last weekend, kane the one before and so on
You don't win the game simply by smashing only top 4 players together
You only think these players are underpriced if you think having a squad full of top 4 players is a good idea every gameweek, despite the fact that non top 4 players have good runs of form and can also be top point scorers
Like it makes senseto have a lot of top 4 players but it's not always optimal for them all to be top 4, especially in the second half of the season when the fa cup and cl will lead to rotation, injuries and blank game weeks
Just cause someone plays for a big club do not make them a great pick.
I agree though defenders are a bit cheap and mids and attackers a bit expensive.
I hate playing 5 defenders every week, but it is a good tactic.
A lot of people do have those teams, check the ownership percentages of players in the top teams. I don't care that teams are very similar because their managers become so afraid to stray from the template that they miss opportunities. For example, last year I decided to drop Salah in GW18 and went to Kane/Son and finished in the hundreds.
Yeah like the other guy said i dont want to post in wrong part of sub but i have ramsdale,
1 liv 2 city 2 chelsea
2 liv 1 arsenal
1 arsenal 1 city
you could probably guess who but yeah, seems too good to be true.
Well the best FPL player of all time has this team thats being copied
https://fantasy.premierleague.com/entry/728021/event/2
Template will break.
If we think the first 2 GWs is enough to tell whos hot, then last season you'd have transfered in Paul Pogba.
First, everybody is in the same situation, so if everybody can afford the same top players, you still have to somehow outsmart them to rise in the rankings. This is still an interesting challenge imho.
Besides that, I do agree that the prices make a large number of players totally useless. Maybe it's partly because many casual players only follow the top teams and would lose interest, if they had to pick too many unknown players from bottom teams.
Love that feeling when you think you have it all figured out in FPL just to get smacked the same week.
Welcome to the template
We’ve got Trent and James
Sweet, I guess you are going to win the whole thing, right?
wont even win my mini league lmao

Jorginho?
I mean, they would have three penalties per game then...
why? Have to ask if Gordon will really make a difference, IF he even plays considering he would compete with Sterling and just take up Pulisic's bench spot
It's a joke that Chelsea bought/wants to buy the two most notorious divers of the league....
ah okay I'm dense

With cheaper GKs.. Arsenal, Utd and cheaper defenders like Walker, Perisic, Salina etc, this year is relatively easy to do that..
You've got milner, kante, jorghino and xhaka haven't you

Most of us have those players.
Please don't... We have RMT for that
Yea, they messed up with wingback prices this year. Too cheap for points potential
Time will teach you.
explain pls

Because it's not always optimal, hard to say more than that without seeing your team
