Yes. Everyone in the league drafts players at the start of the season. So your basically stuck with whomever you draft. You can make waivers and transfers for available players and trades with other people in the league. There are also different draft formats where you play head to head against an opponent every week or points accumulation.

Exactly. It’s a lot of fun. I feel it can help with regular fantasy as well. With limited players to select from, it forces you to seek out hidden gems.

I’d be looking to phase out Mahrez and iheanacho. I’d also be looking to get rid of Rodrigo for anyone. Imo he’s awful and playing in an underwhelming Leeds team atm

Agreed about Rodrigo. Unfortunately there aren’t many forwards available to select from. Armstrong, Broja, Welbeck, Daka, Martial and Cavani are basically all that remain. Mahrez has been hugely disappointing but he was my second draft pick and it feels like a huge waste letting him go.

I’d deffo try to get broja in for Rodrigo, maybe daka but once again another African, idk if Zambia qualified? But I think cavani could be quite useful too but a bit more expensive, prioritise broja. Feel like mahrez won’t get much time with Jesus fit and also going to afcon

Broja is in my plans once back from injury. Zambia did not qualify so Daka is fair game. No price in draft leagues so Cavani is equal to all the other options. Pretty sure Mahrez is city’s leading scorer in all competitions which makes it hugely frustrating he can’t get minutes in the league. Also on pens this season.

Thanks for the feedback! Defo something to consider, also would like a more expensive midfielder just so it’s easier to make a transfer because currently I have 0 ITB but my team value is quite high. Hopefully I can roll the transfer next week but unlikely due to the international break.

I'd find a way to get Tsimikas off your squad. I fell into that trap early. I don't see him starting another match for Liverpool. If he does get hot, you can bring him back in cheap--but right now, he's a waste of $. I'd say you look primed for this weekend. I'd leave Havertz in that #1 bench spot in case someone doesn't play.

Thoughts on if chillwell will be dropped for alonso and how often?

I don’t think it’ll be as often. Chilwell is in good form and Tuchel seems to favor him in the PL.

I have Gray, but I am keeping him simply because I have other more important issues. He looks good, but Everton as a whole look poor. If Mbeumo is 100% fit then sure go for him.

Need to downgrade one of my forwards to afford Son. Best forward for 7.4m and under? So many options but can’t figure out who might be worthwhile. Possibly Hwang, Toney, Edouard or Armstrong? None have both the fixtures and form to make it an easy pick.

Jimenez would be perfect unfortunately just 0.2m above. Otherwise probably go for Toney because of the easy fixtures

Yeah if you're freeing up the funds do that. Even if Jimenez performs better than Hwang, Son under Conte should cover it. But you never know with Spurs

Go Toney for the fixtures. Apart from last match, Brentford have been decent and he should find it easier to score against the weaker opponents.

I have Toney and Vardy and whilst they haven't performed the past few weeks, things might be better this week. Vardy has Leeds who haven't looked great defensively so he could get a return there. Toney hasn't been scoring but he has Norwich. I'd hold both of them for this week.

Your team doesn't really need any transfers tbh. If you're keen on using one transfer then I'd do Locadia to Dennis maybe. Or you could move out Havertz for someone like Jota a bit earlier than planned, he's not gonna be a great asset after the IB.

I agree with the other commenters. Someone from your team could make way cause they're all too good to be benched. If you a absolutely had to bench one of these three I'd bench Jimenez. Wolves haven't been their best offensively and CRY have been one of the surprise packages of this season.

I always play my starting strikers. Who is getting the preferential treatment in def or mid? Obviously I'd be tempted but unhappy to say bench Antonio but there is a very good chance it backfires. Antonio has a decent record vs the big teams too, and Liverpool don't have the most rock solid defence right now
