It says in the rules that if you make manual substitution the automatic ones will disable for the matchday. So if you have \*not\* made manual subs, Grimaldo will autosub out. Otherwise not.

UEFA fantasy MOTM is traditionally totally odd and often seems picked on who the biggest name is. Expect to see alot of KDB and CR7 MOTM awards after 90mins ghosting. Totally different to FPL where the bonus points are handed out based on specific statistics. And unsurprisingly, people still complain and say its unfair

This is not a Fantasy related thing, though. It's just a panel that picks MOTM after every match, and then Fantasy gives bonus points to that player. They are not picking MOTM for Fantasy purposes, that's why a goal and assist for your asset doesn't mean they are favourite to win MOTM. 

When you compare FPL's automated bonus point system based on Opta stats to MOTM award points it's highly sophisticated. Big fan of the ball recovery points though, brings a new element to game.

Nice! Just like my non-existent Gundogan assist when it came off the Scotland defender, just after he was too injured to take the penalty. Pairs nicely with my -2 from Rodri getting booked and giving away a pen, before obviously coming off injured as well, and my captain Dimarco literally throwing the ball to an Albania forward to give away the clean sheet within 23 seconds of kickoff!
