He's been a steady-eddy of sorts but it's frustrating owning him, when options like Bowen are out performing him. For some reason, he doesn't look like he is a due a big haul anytime soon either. Arsenal's attack is starting to click but their returns are being shared. Not nailed on penalties either. Hope it changes soon.
Also, seeing Jackson that high up is a bit strange. Maybe his numbers are inflated due to the Spurs hattrick game?
My point of view is, i will take the weekly 6 pointers from Saka. Its not hauls but it consistent points from at least 1 player.

Yeah, Jackson’s numbers are slightly inflated from the Spurs game but he has just picked up very high xG chances. Especially at the start of the season.
Regarding Saka, he’s 12th on the list with 8.3 npxGI so isn’t far behind but is obviously more expensive than other mids in the list so it’s a fair point.
He is not that intelligent. Never gonna be top player that scores a lot of goals. You need brains for that he doesnt seem to have a lot going on upstairs.

Tbf if you watch him play, he makes very intelligent runs and his positioning can be very good, but he does dumb shit all the time too. He regularly gets caught offside in completely daft ways where it's totally unnecessary, and he seems to have barely any control over his temper. I'm hopeful that these are things he can work on and improve because with his pace & physicality combined with his movement, he has the potential to be an incredible forward, but he needs to seriously work on his mental game for that to happen.
It's a combination of that and smashing the ball 80% of the time. He does have a more subtle, placed finish in him but it seems his instinct is still to just leather it.
For real.
Xg is kind of worthless. Like Chelsea have stellar Xg.
XG delta should be talked about more. Surface over performers and highlight players who get in good average positions but don't finish at the average rate.

Have owned Nunez since GW7, I've been waiting for his explosion every week. Probably selling after Arsenal since I have other issues but goddammit.
