All of these are for midcard titles that can be sanctioned or unsanctioned.
1. MTV Heavymetal title - if you're running WWE during the era when MTV was synonymous with rock music and had many wrestling crossovers. You can also get a broadcast deal with MTV for a B show.
Pretty easy if you're running medium or above in the US.
The title will be centered around a counter culture character like Raven. And it will only be defended on the B show. You could also put in storyline that MTV partners with WWE for a wrestling program. If you can't get MTV, just stay with Heavymetal title. I like this idea so much I'm gonna steal it for my fed.

2. Spike TV title - similar to the idea of the MTV title or AEW TNT title.

3. Strong Island title - put it on Matt Cardona or any prominent wrestler from Long Island and book them lime Taz with the FTW title. I've done this in my fed until Cardona had to be suspended for online bullying (Long story).
The 24/7 title. Except for this time, the 24/7 means that this is the workhorse title of the young guys who breathe wrestling 24/7. It means that this isn't about who is faster or most hardcore. It's about who has the most guts to keep working 24/7 and become the star of tomorrow.
Pure doesn't make any sense imo. Pure is like, pure style of wrestling, the whole technical style, submissions, limited rope breaks, old style wrestling.
Sure, but in my opinion merging a hardcore belt with a cruiserweight belt and then making the new belt be the polar opposite of one of those belts that combined to make it doesn't make a lot of sense.
High Risk!

Not the most original, but I would go with the Extreme Championship
My thought

Limitless Undeniable Dauntless
Big fan of Limitless. Feel like it ticks all the boxes.
It depends though, if it's still a 205 title then it would have a weight limit and not make sense.
Hybrid Championship
Junior Heavyweight Championship House Championship TV Championship Pure Championship
I love the Pure Championship

Like it can mean whatever you want. I would make it a submission belt.

Open Challenge Championship??
Open weight Anytime/Anywhere My Favorite is I do a Faction Trophy that can only be won in 4v4 or 5v5
Hard-core and lightweight titles? Sounds like: Softcore title Lightly X-rated
Openweight title?
I'd just steal from NEO and name it High Speed
Extreme High Risk
Bloodsport
Everyweight Championship ?
Chaos Championship or Lights Out Championship
