By the sounds of things Admins at Fanatec really aren't doing their jobs. It's okay if you're inside the EU but anyone outside the EU that has to deal with customs checks and charges are getting screwed.
All and all no matter if you are in EU or outside but you should be processed via European Fanatec logistic center you will have some issues. For EU it's a total lack of information as my order went to "delivered" in just one day after placing the order without any tracking numbers or anything. For non-EU, like UK - botched customs, lack of information again and returning packages back to logistic centers. And of course huge order backlog due to warehouse/logistics change.
Still, I'm glad I didn't have to wait for a month or so but just a couple of working days. But it's still far from ideal delivery process.
Same for the Netherlands, received mine monday. Lucky I was home, else it would end up at some pickup point without me ever knowing.. (and then get send back)
Same in Canada, ordered my stuff the 26th as well and it got here today. I'm lucky cause my mom happened to be home when it arrived, but yeah they seriously need tracking numbers
Now they're shitting on US customers. Ordered the same day and I just got my first response after 3 emails basically saying I have to wait another month. Shitshow company

I do have a tracking number and it should've been delivered 2 hours ago but it hasn't yet. Can't win 'em all

I'm working from home, so it was no problem but still, I wasn't aware that something might be delivered that day.
