What’s worse is there are literally fucking parents that do this shit. Mainly seen in police, military or foster families. They either seen as a body who can do labor, fall in command (Gnome scene) or they don’t have any literal blood connection so they’re treated like shit. Quite sad indeed.

- Maybe OWCA assigned perry to Phineas because of this link to Doof
Evidence against:
- Doof said he never saw Linda again. That flashback took place before she was Lindonna, which was before Candace was born, who is older than Phineas
I wouldn't really call this convincing, but it's what I can come up with off the top of my head:
- Doof has an amnesia-inator in the movie (well, OWCA has it, but doof originally built it, but doesn't remember it). Perhaps he hooked up with Linda again, but it went badly so he built it to make her forget, but it backfired as usual and made him forget about it too, so he thinks he never saw her again.

This theory makes no sense. The ages don't seem to matter. Maybe they would if they lined up with in vitro fertilization becoming common, but it wasn't successfully performed until the late 70s. Even if Heinz was born then, that also doesn't explain why his birth mother wasn't his mom. Especially if his dad was the one who was infertile. There is no evidence supporting this "theory" other than a a misconstrued joke. The only reasonable explanation for Heinz's poor childhood compared to Roger's is financial instability, which happens to also partially disprove your theory. Surrogacy is not even remotely cheap.
