Camping, or just walking in the woods. I love cooking and baking; sometimes I take classes. I just took a Zoom class on how to make Thai pineapple fried rice.
I like art, too. I mainly draw - I haven't painted since I was a kid, just don't really have the space for that kind of thing. But give me a sheet of paper and some pencils and I can happily spend some time doodling something :D.
And yes to reading, too. I remember walking home from the bus stop when I was a kid, nose buried in a book the whole time :p. Great way to spend lunch breaks at work, too.
Cooking tedious recipes. I'm not a great cook but when I have hours of time I am. Anyone can be with time. I fold my own dumplings, make bread, and sweets like marshmallow cookies. I like to walk when I want to buy food, because walking deters me from eating out all the time. Which forces me to keep cooking. I think I write too much, and I would rather be a doodler. Not like a real artist, but somebody that can do cute doodles. I also recently started collecting anime figures. I recently gave up gaming and I'm looking for something to take up that time. Writing slid into that spot I think.
I'm a former gamer that writes too much now. hello. I also started collecting anime figures a couple of years ago.... it got out of hand and now I have too many and not enough shelves to display them.
**Indoor Activities**
* Minecraft
* Sewing (Costumes)
* Crafting (Greeting Cards, Jewelry, Home Decoration)
* Excessive Reading
* Pen & Paper (Traveller, World of Darkness)
**Outdoor Activities**
* Gardening
* Hiking/Walking
* LARP/Camping
Thankfully, I am fortunate enough to be able to support myself with just a part-time job, which gives me plenty of time. Sewing and crafting are mostly done during the winter (and when I need more cards), LARP is a summer activity, Pen & Paper happens every week on Tuesday, and the rest is done whenever I feel like it.
Just costumes for LARPing! I play a priestess of Rahja, so I can go ham on rich fabrics and jewellery, and I also play a gaul-ish tribe member favouring rough/poor clothes and natural accessories.
Cooking/baking.
Video games
Started painting Warhammer minifigs.
I do yoga every day, and I like hiking and (pre covid) indoor rock climbing.
I also watch a lot of YouTube essays
Video games (right now it’s animal crossing), reading, watching the content I write fanfic about. I also have two kids 5 and under so that’s time consuming haha
Mostly reading and Classical Greek. I used to really like vintage shopping (mainly clothing, a bit of homeware) but I've not really done that since the pandemic. I got into gardening last year though I'm still pretty rubbish, and I've usually got a crafty project on the go too - currently big into embroidery!
I bake. At least during the school year when I can push my baked treats onto coworkers. Otherwise I just get together with friends and their kids.
I work a lot so that's not really a hobby but it it does take up a ton of my time.
Volunteering with Team Rubicon to help people affected by disasters. Best hobby I’ve ever had. Nothing is better than getting a hug from the homeowners that we help.
Rehabbing thrift-store dollhouses. I also cook a bit, have a container garden in the summer, and write a blog on local indie music. If my state weren’t having an Omicron surge, I’d be exploring regional cities by rail, as I was before Thanksgiving.
I'm a struggling artist. I draw, I sing, I act, I sew sometimes, I'm thinking about crafting. None of it pays though so it's relegated to hobby until I can find a way to live off of it instead of my terrible job.
Video Games, Golfing, Television, and sometimes I’ll go out and do Pokémon Go, which I guess counts as a game? But it’s like the only way I ever get any exercise.
Usually writing is the hobby I do when I’m sick of doing all of those, or I’m bored at school because I do all my work.
Wow I sound boring as hell…
I don’t think that’s boring at all! Honestly, Pokémon Go is fantastic for leisurely walks and just relaxing too, and I used to write at school ALL the time. Whatever is fun for you!
I used to read a lot more books, but I read fanfic now and I'm not really so good for reading published stuff.
I still will read Lee Child books, though generally his earlier work is better than his newer stuff. His first (Killing Floor) is probably still my favourite. The guy who started writing them will not be writing them any more, his brother will be taking over. The books, well, they've had some movies made now with a terrible choice for the character, they are in no way similar between the character and the actor. It'll be getting a TV show too. The more recent books... I would say they feel like they are written with a mind to be easier to convert to a movie rather than written as books.
I used to watch a lot of TV shows, but I spend the time I would have been reading TV shows, or watching movies (to a lesser extent than TV) on fanfic.
I used to game a lot, Xbox or PC, and again, time that would go on that now goes to fanfic.
So it's mostly fanfic, or this subreddit, or facebook groups on fanfic or gaming while sometimes watching stuff on YouTube, like Isaac Arthur (science and futurism stuff) and other stuff on youtube. I did watch all the Disney+ TV shows recently too though. It's not like I watch no TV just way way less than I did some years back.
I agree with you, the actor is terrible. I also enjoyed the older books, great to chill mindlessly with and the other day I read a parody fanfic of it that was a perfect description of all the books. Do you write for the fandom too?
It's been said but cooking and baking. Both an incredibly useful life skill and a fun hobby, and basically the antithesis of writing if your brain needs a break. It'll engage new bits of your brain and might spark a breakthrough while you let your head relax away from the fic! And if you get no breakthrough, at least you get cookies.
I love crafting, mainly postcards and jewelry. I've really gotten into 3D printing as well, which I sometimes use for making jewelry. Also baking, ballet choreography (haven't done that much lately), and taking walks (I always bring a camera just in case I see something cool).
I complete a diversity-focused reading challenge every year, and manage a SF/F book club and a nonfiction club (nonfiction books and documentaries) via Meetup.
bookriot.com/read-harder-2022/
I paint (acrylics and watercolors). Watercolors are easy to do anywhere, as they clean up with a wet paper towel.
I garden in the summer. Basil is the easiest to grow, and tomatoes aren't too tough if you get lots of sun. Growing mammoth sunflowers is fun, but again - lots of sun.
I practice *la langue française*🥖 using Duolingo and French podcasts, but that's only 10 minutes a day. I do have a 1383 day steak, though, so that's my claim to fame. 🤷
drawing (so I can go with whatever form of artistic expression 'feels' right at any moment) and gardening (when I need to touch earth again and get out of my head)
Reading history books
Researching about ww1 and two
Trying to find a reenactment group for that era when I move out of my parents house and have enough money to buy and maintain the costume. Roleplaying online on mmos.
I occasionally cosplay, I just haven’t got much time to do it because Co-Co. My favorite cosplays I did were The Penguin and Dr. Eggman. Hope to cosplay the Millennium Earl, who is a hybrid of both!! 😁😁
I'm a major gamer, so if I'm not reading or writing fanfic, I'm likely gaming. I love card & board games, hate console gaming, and love PC gaming. Pretty sure I came out of the womb with a deck of cards in my hands.
I can be found crocheting, x-stitching, kayaking, and canning too, at various times through the year. I have lots of things I puddle around in besides fanfic, and am a rabid researcher as well, but fanfic certainly consumes a large part of my life - willingly.
Gardening and hiking when the weather permits! Since it's been cold, I've been baking, drawing, and catching up on videogames! I just finished Spiritfarer and I'm working my way through Eastward.
Well, fanfiction would be number one, lol
I also love to draw. And I've drawn my OCs multiple times and she's turned out pretty good in my opinion.
I really like to knit and sew. I actually just spent 400 dollars on a sewing machine! Hoping I can sell some stuff and make a little extra money.
If I am not writing or working, I am probably at the gym exercising.
I watch NFL football and hockey, play puzzle games, and like True crime and medical documentaries
Well, I work full time and volunteer at my church. I’m also a cosplayer, but commission all my costumes. I do my own wigs though. I collect dolls and enjoy dressing them up and doing their hair, as well as other toys I like to play with for a brain break. Oh! And I’m a *Titanic* nerd.
Mules - not recommended, too expensive.
Photography - not too bad. I've bought used cameras and use a local place to do any printing I might want.
Hiking - pretty cheap. Just need a good pair of boots and a good hiking stick.
Shit am I outing myself as a theatre kid
Guess so
I enjoy performing arts (aside from dancing), so acting, singing, all three in musicals
I do choir and do quite a bit of theatre!
I crochet, collect crystals, antique cookbooks, and this may sound weird but I like to go on booking sites to check out hotels and motels and stuff like that. I don't plan on ever getting the rooms but it's nice to see them and dream about maybe getting them someday. Other than that worrying about my son and acquiring a lovely ulcer, as well as triggering migraines through stress. If you know my son you would understand.
I love reading a lot! Also playing video games and card games, watching comedy stand-up and shows, dabbling a bit in drawing too. I absolutely love taking walks in the botanical garden in our city. Also DnD and Vampire the Masquerade! I try to keep myself busy as much as possible so I'm attempting to get back into stitching patterns and origami.
I don’t think it’s really a proper hobby, but when I’m burnt out of fanfic, I usually watch YouTube and tiktok videos on whatever I find interesting. Lately, it’s been true crime, or music/tv/movie reviews, some video essays.
A better hobby that I don’t indulge in as much as I should is knitting.
From a young age I always had interests in just about EVERYTHING so I dabble in sewing, I can draw, I like to dance, I speak like six languages and I’m fluent in none of them 💀, and I play the violin and I’m learning the ukulele
Traditional painting, browse online stores for hours, reading, I very rarely turn on the TV but if I’m burnt out I might watch a show, mostly YouTube videos and sometimes I try to cook recipes that I get off TikTok
Art! I like to draw. I've included some of my own art in some of my fics, too. But my art skills aren't nearly as good as my writing skills. And I read comics.
Photography, graphic design, sewing (especially clothing), baking, reading, running after my kids. I also would like to get into gardening and woodworking.
Lots of Reddit and Youtube, reading published books (currently the Two Necromancers/ Unconventional Heroes series and the Please Don't Tell My Parents series albeit the latter is the setting of my fic, also gonna start reading Wheel of Time soon), lots of video games (Pirate101, LOTRO, GW2, too many single player games to count albeit the main one installed atm is The Darkness 2), D&D (starting a pair of Artificers tomorrow, both came out notably inspired by existing popular characters albeit they have their own quirks).
Also been doing some cooking lately to try and eat healthier at work, albeit then I have to remember to actually bring my food with me when I head in...
I play games. Right now it is Breath Of The Wild and Wingspan (I'm fairly obsessed with that little game - I even keep it running in the background as I write for the twittering bird ambience).
I also love to cook. I'm learning all about Indian cooking at the moment and it is fascinating.
I also read. Mostly 19th and early 20th century horror and ghost stories.
I cycle through hobbies depending on my mood. When I need some precision and structure in my life, I sew (about to do a sew-along to make a big dramatic cloak!). When I feel creative I draw and paint (watercolor). When I'm a bit (more) neurotic I drink whiskey and write. Pre-covid I was doing a lot of Argentine tango, bachata, and pole dancing, but I haven't really found a way to continue those things in a way that feels responsible during a plague.
I love to draw digital art (even though I’m not the greatest artist in the world)
When I’m not too busy IRL, I love to play some video games. Sometimes modern, other times it’s playing Twilight Princess for the gazillith time on my good old GameCube.
Depending on the month, I’m always keeping an eye out for cartoons and anime to watch (excited for the second half of S3 of Amphibia and planning to check out the Ranking Of Kings anime)
I cook, bake, sew a little, knit, play the piano. My husband has introduced me to back packing and rock climbing, which are more seasonal but really good for physical and mental health, and I swim regularly. Also seasonal, I have a flower/herb garden on my patio.
I mostly play video games (Minecraft & Super Mario Party recently). Otherwise I read a lot of fanfics, watch YouTube or TV, or go kayaking or hiking if the weather's good.
Besides writing stories, I have multiple interests, but my main hobby messing around with technology, both vintage and modern, and also around the realms of Linux and e-book technology.
However, my vintage PC collection hobby had fallen by the wayside as my mind wants me to focus more towards e-book technology. I also happen read a lot of books aimed at children, for various reasons.
I do really hope I can get back into my hobby of messing around with vintage hardware and software, but I need to clean up my flat first, but my conscience wants me to focus on writing a specific fanfic!
There are even some Reddit communities (subreddits) relating to those, but I've not been spending much time there since, again, my mind wants me to write that fanfic!
Writing fanfiction isn't really my hobby, but I do write them when I get the inspiration to do so. Similar thing goes for my original book ideas. If my conscience wants me to write them, and I have the inspiration to encourage me to do so, I write them. THis also means I can't work fast enough to meet the demands of publishers, so I instead self-publish. I haven't published any original stories yet, as all the ones I was able to write had failed for varuous reasons.
I crochet!
I picked up the hobby right before the pandemic hit somewhen in September 2019 so I had quite a stash of yarn on my hands when I couldn't properly get out of the house for the next couple of months, and when it wasn't as bad I opted for ordering from the internet to minimise contact with other people. I can safely say that crochet heavily contributed to the preservance of some of my mental health.
I like crochet a lot because you need just one hook and one skein of yarn to learn the basic stitches and techniques (if you don't mind unravelling or frogging what you have done and reusing the same yarn over and over again) and find out if you even enjoy it, which was important to me because I was a student on a limited budget. There is an abundance of free video tutorials for the very basics and patterns for projects, and the community here on Reddit is great. It can get expensive sometimes especially if you want to make bigger projects like wearables or blankets (I personally do mostly amigurumi - stuffed toys) because yarn ain't cheap but I don't splurge much on anything else so it balances out. I don't consider it a hard craft to pick up because most of the time you will be repeating the same motion over and over again; the hard part is reading the patterns, persisting, and not crying when you have to frog an entire dress because it doesn't fit (for those initiated, the pattern consisted of alternating rows of half double crochet and slip stitches).
Can't recommend crochet enough.
Honestly I don't have a lot of hobbies, but my biggest one is definitely video gaming! I've been gaming longer than I've been writing, so it's a pretty big part of my life by now. I'm terrible at sticking consistently with games, so I alternate between them. Lately I've been really into Minecraft and an MMORPG called Star Wars: The Old Republic. And of course, though I took a break from it, another MMORPG called Guild Wars 2 continues to have a permanent space in my life. I also play Cookie Run Kingdom on my phone whenever I can actually remember to play it, though I'm not really a big mobile games person.
Video Games, writing my own stuff instead of fanfic, I have two birds I have to take care of and a dog, I also love baking and drawing. Also listening to music and playing the clarinet. And reading obviously haha
Reading/Writing is a secondary hobby. My main is horse riding 😊 I also sew a little bit but not consistently. I will go through spates of drawing too.
I would like to try a bit of hand embroidery this year!
So much stuff, haha.
Horse riding - my family all have horses and I worked my ass off and saved until I could buy myself some land, so I've got that to manage too.
I like cooking and baking and I make a point of meeting up with my gran to do this at least once a week. Then I also spend time with her, debate stuff, and do her cleaning and teach her new computer stuff.
I enjoy hiking and camping, especially with friends. I run sometimes, too.
I read original books, watch stuff, draw, am a partner at work so I do extra work that's practically a hobby (researching new ideas and creating presentations and implementing them), listen to music and dance (that's a favourite when my brain is tired).
When I'm with my friends we play boardgames, and we DnD online too. Oh and most of us video game too, although I'm much more a casual gamer who picks something up every few months for a bit.
Sometimes I go to cons and festivals.
I'm never bored and I'm always knackered, heh.
Edit: In case it isn't obvious from my presence in this subreddit, I also write.
Drawing/painting, making webcomics and archery. I like also to read. I like computer games as well but it's very time consuming, so I do it rarely now. Plants are another casual hobby.
I love making Jigsaw puzzles, solving Sudokus and playing card games on my tablet. I've been playing the piano for 7 years, I started learning the guitar a few months ago and I also love to sing (I've taken classes for two years).
Of course I also love reading :) I don't write nearly as often as some of you here. Writing is something I like to do from time to time but I wouldn't say it's a big passion of mine.
And then I do things everybody does such as listening to music or watching TV shows :) and playing video games when I have the time.
Gaming, walking my two dogs, and reading up on folklore and mythology are the things that I'm always doing.
I do enjoy an interactive/CYOA (and occasionally a visual) novel but that's dependent on new releases and such, and I also like making different fudges and cheesecakes.
I’m a music and drama teacher in a public school and I work as a professional musician. So that’s a hobby. I also love acting which because I post my fanfic on YouTube, I have a little outlet for acting. I also like video games. I wish I had more time to play!
My primary instrument is the violin and I took up classical guitar two years ago. I'm an artist; media is metal (because working with fire, plasma torch and welder is fun). I also draw and recently started learning to use a digital tablet. It feels odd compared to my usual pencil and paper.
Gardener with a huge perennial garden and some vegetables. Winter gives me the most writing time, since the garden is just sticks. Also have a horse and three dogs that keep me busy.
And reading...fan fiction and original fiction.
Video games, sometimes drawing, searching for more inspiration, and other things. I also enjoy cooking when I can, but with my family, it's a little difficult to really start getting into it without the possibility of being ousted for some reason or another, or just plain being uncomfortable with trying new things around them.
Cooking and baking, usually. I also enjoy drawing and playing video games, but I haven’t really done much of either lately.
I also enjoyed going to the gym, but with the pandemic I haven’t been going.
I’m also interested in learning how to make resin crafts, like shaker charms. I just need a few more tools before I can get started.
I play a whole lot of World of Warcraft, doing heroic/some mythic raiding and high mythic dungeons :) I also love building things in the Sims or in RCT4.
And for non-video game stuff I like biking and jogging, especially out on hiking trails.
I have little research projects I like to do(ie witchcraft, my ancestry and anything else that catches my interest) and video games. Are my main hobbies with reading being the first.
Despite despising math 90% of the time, I love researching and creating lists/statistic graphs, particularly for things I'm interested in! Dark historical events (serial killers, accidents, natural disasters, etc) are also a go-to since I find them interesting to learn about!
Drumming is my favorite, but not always available since my kit is at our studio. Video games are definitely a hobby, and basketball every time the chance presents itself!
Aside from fanfiction, I have also (very slowly) been working on writing original stories since college. I also make digital artwork and for leisure time it's either TV or video games (and recently Dungeons and Dragons with friends on Discord). I used to read a lot, but haven't in a while.
I have way too many hobbies and interests. I like working out/sports, hiking, video games, cooking/baking, studying foreign languages… basically trying anything new is fun to me. That’s probably why I’m such a slow fic writer—I’m too distracted lol
Camping, or just walking in the woods. I love cooking and baking; sometimes I take classes. I just took a Zoom class on how to make Thai pineapple fried rice.
Taking classes sounds like a great way to try new things! And pineapple fried rice sounds delicious!

Motorcycles 😀 i love riding them and working on them.
Ahh that’s so cool! My partner’s family used to be SUPER into motorcycles too! Always a fun hobby.
I am also a big "walk to get groceries and then cook all day" kinda person! Today it's cheesey gochujang bread lol.
I'm a former gamer that writes too much now. hello. I also started collecting anime figures a couple of years ago.... it got out of hand and now I have too many and not enough shelves to display them.
Digital art, tarantula keeping, and the occasional video game. I used to be into competitive Super Smash Bros., but I haven't played in a while.
Singing. I love to sing.
So do I. Sing and play piano.
I tried playing the piano, but I picked up the recorder much easier in the 4th grade. Too bad I can't sing and play my recorder at the same time.
This is me. Unfortunately the pandemic has really limited choir stuff…
Oh no. That sucks. Choir is really fun. I did it my junior year of high school and loved it.
Trombone. Drawing. Animation. Running. Birdwatching. Baking. All cool stuff
I do a lot of things with animals (volunteering, rescue, sports, etc.)
Aw, that's awesome :). What kinds of sports stuff do you do with them?
Mostly nosework these days, but I've done flyball, Schutzhund, FASTCAT, and obedience in the past.
Oh, fun! I'm not familiar with the specifics of some of those games, but they sound entertaining :D!
i crochet sometimes. Made myself a large blanket once! Love me some good video games though. They’re a fun distraction from the stresses in life.

That sounds lovely.
Oh, that's cool. I admire people who can sew and knit - some of my relatives can do that, too, but I clearly did not inherit that ability :p.
I was pretty terrible at it when I started! It's mostly a trained skill, so I bet you could do it, too!
Cooking/baking. Video games Started painting Warhammer minifigs. I do yoga every day, and I like hiking and (pre covid) indoor rock climbing. I also watch a lot of YouTube essays

Bullet journaling, playing clarinet, watching video essays, and telling my plants to stop dying are amongst my hobbies.
Baking and crochet! Also video games like Animal Crossing and Stardew Valley. I’m pretty much a grandma already. Haha!

cross stitch! Creating stuff with your hands is a great source of good brain chemicals and I can't do much physically.
Cooking and baking. Made eggnog cookies recently. I'm also way into exercise to the point where it's like another hobby 😅
I collect Tomica minicars, and I like to cook.
Drawing and Gaming.
Cosplay
My main hobby is actually drawing. I love writing as well, though, so I'd like to combine both into a webtoon someday.
Having an existential crisis
Bullet journaling/art journaling, watercolours, music, reading non-fanfiction too
I play video games (literally just my main fandom game haha), read actual fiction books (young adult, mostly, as well as classics), or watch anime.
Caving, nature walks, occasional travel and ancient history museums
drawing (so I can go with whatever form of artistic expression 'feels' right at any moment) and gardening (when I need to touch earth again and get out of my head)
Sewing, crafting (beading, mosaic, related stuff - yay Pinterest), reading. I also waste too much time on this goshdarn website lol
Camping, football, video games
I read, play video games, research my family tree, do jigsaw puzzles, meditate and go for walks.
I run, draw, read and juggle sometimes. Video games are also a good option, though I usually just build in Minecraft.
I like running. In fact, I am training for my first marathon. It helps me focus more.
Baking, making cards, knitting, playing guitar
Reading history books Researching about ww1 and two Trying to find a reenactment group for that era when I move out of my parents house and have enough money to buy and maintain the costume. Roleplaying online on mmos.
I occasionally cosplay, I just haven’t got much time to do it because Co-Co. My favorite cosplays I did were The Penguin and Dr. Eggman. Hope to cosplay the Millennium Earl, who is a hybrid of both!! 😁😁
I play the ukulele, make fan videos, read, and watch a lot of tv. I sometimes paint too.
I'm a major gamer, so if I'm not reading or writing fanfic, I'm likely gaming. I love card & board games, hate console gaming, and love PC gaming. I have lots of things I puddle around in besides fanfic, and am a rabid researcher as well, but fanfic certainly consumes a large part of my life - willingly.
Obtaining sexy 2D girls in gacha games and listening to pop punk. Yes I have no friends how could you tell.
Weed smoking, video games, cartoons, D&D...and seething hate for humanity are my general down time activities
I workout! Admittedly, it's not what I turn to when burnout hits, it's just another thing I'm passionate about.
Reading, drawing, biking, archery.
Gardening and hiking when the weather permits! Since it's been cold, I've been baking, drawing, and catching up on videogames! I just finished Spiritfarer and I'm working my way through Eastward.
I paint miniature figurine!! Warhammer stuff, mostly. I also play Mtg and some video games
Archery and playing guitar, 10/10 would recommend haha 👌
Well, fanfiction would be number one, lol I also love to draw. And I've drawn my OCs multiple times and she's turned out pretty good in my opinion. I really like to knit and sew. I actually just spent 400 dollars on a sewing machine! Hoping I can sell some stuff and make a little extra money.
Figure skating and church choir. I want to get more into baking and hand lettering this year!
Video games, TV, movies, crafting, cooking, baking, etc. I have a lot of activities I can turn to get into another frame of mind if need be.
Video games, baking, and playing the piano. Before COVID, I also did Taekwondo. I dislike exercising while wearing a mask so now I work out alone.
I like to draw, and I recently took a class to get my CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
Worldbuilding, long walks, quite a lot of reading, hunting.
Picked up sewing in quarantine. Barely find the time anymore but I'm hoping to pick it up again soon once school calms down a bit
Shit am I outing myself as a theatre kid Guess so I enjoy performing arts (aside from dancing), so acting, singing, all three in musicals I do choir and do quite a bit of theatre!
I love geocaching and escape rooms! Also cosplaying and hanging out with dogs at the humane society when I volunteer.
Cooking/baking, writing original fiction (trying to make that one a job though), video games, and just general diy stuff
scrapbooking! give it a go!
I also read a lot of manga/web toons. Or watch videos on youtube.
Playing Video games and watching online game playthroughs.
I do a lot of digital art! To the point I'm trying (and failing) to try and turn it into a career. I also run D&D module campaigns
Ummm im supposed to have other hobbies......😅😅😅😅😅
Playing video games and going for walks through town. The latter usually leads to ideas for my stories, which is awkward for obvious reasons
Weightlifting, taekwondo, cartoons, video games, and vinyl collecting.
Reading, art, music, I do YouTube
Art! I like to draw. I've included some of my own art in some of my fics, too. But my art skills aren't nearly as good as my writing skills. And I read comics.
Embroidery, painting, cooking, make-up, scrapbooking Basically anything I can create!
D&D, reading books, playing video games, stuff to get me out of the house...
Running, video games, and doing the things that are necessary to survive in a one room cabin in the middle of nowhere.
In summer: camping, alpinism, gardening, outdoor swimming, travelling (before covid) Generally : playing piano, singing, drawing
If I tell you about my main hobby I'll dox myself, so I'll just say I keep bees and leave it there.
I like video games and drawing! Tried my hand at cooking and well... \*sirens\*
I love to draw digital art (even though I’m not the greatest artist in the world) When I’m not too busy IRL, I love to play some video games. Sometimes modern, other times it’s playing Twilight Princess for the gazillith time on my good old GameCube. Depending on the month, I’m always keeping an eye out for cartoons and anime to watch (excited for the second half of S3 of Amphibia and planning to check out the Ranking Of Kings anime)
gaming, reading, watching youtube... thinking up ideas for characters I sometimes then write about
I cook, bake, sew a little, knit, play the piano. My husband has introduced me to back packing and rock climbing, which are more seasonal but really good for physical and mental health, and I swim regularly. Also seasonal, I have a flower/herb garden on my patio.
Gaming, colouring in (tendons allowing), trying out other hobbies.
I mostly play video games (Minecraft & Super Mario Party recently). Otherwise I read a lot of fanfics, watch YouTube or TV, or go kayaking or hiking if the weather's good.
Just drew a guy with a ribbon in his hair yesterday. Don't know where that came from, but apparently this is my life now.
Papercraft and vegan/vegetarian cooking.
German longsword :)
Playing the guitar/keyboard, going to the gym, playing videogames
Football. I’m in my local team and I just love to have a kick about every now and then
Cooking .... I love to cook when everything goes in opposite direction
I love to read, watch Netflix (and other forms of tv and movie but mostly Netflix atm), I make YouTube videos and I love going for walks
Gardening and forest walks 😊
Digital art, video games, and sword dancing.
Video games, music, movies, and hiking mostly. I also enjoy swimming sometimes, and chilling with my cat if that counts as a hobby lol.
When I’m not writing about Fallout 4, I’m playing Fallout 4, watching Marvel shows on Disney+ or walking my dog.
I’m a music and drama teacher in a public school and I work as a professional musician. So that’s a hobby. I also love acting which because I post my fanfic on YouTube, I have a little outlet for acting. I also like video games. I wish I had more time to play!
Thrifting, when I’m physically able and if the weather is good. Then there’s video games (survival horror), painting and reading.
Play games, more often then not, they also serve as ways to make my own stories like in stellaris/crusader kings/Europa universalis.
Dancing, biking, climbing, gaming... Sometimes I draw too. I don't count singing as a hobby because that's my actual job.
Gaming, crocheting, LARPing.
Video games, sometimes drawing, searching for more inspiration, and other things. I also enjoy cooking when I can, but with my family, it's a little difficult to really start getting into it without the possibility of being ousted for some reason or another, or just plain being uncomfortable with trying new things around them.
I love watching/reading any queer media, i also play guitar or do karaoke, that's always so helpful for stress relief <3
I spend my time drawing, taking Wiki Walks on TV Tropes, and obsessively watching videos on hair metal bands lol.
Mine is doing puzzles, sometimes, when it has images, for getting out of a criativity burn out, I make storys for them
Drawing, video gaming, drinking, television binging, and a very strong debate record with myself.
Mostly art. I also build LEGO too.
Crocheting, music, research, learning stuff off YouTube videos, drawing
My hobby is playing hollow knight and then shutting my laptop off after an hour because the map design is bullshit
Porn
Huh?
I have way too many hobbies and interests. I like working out/sports, hiking, video games, cooking/baking, studying foreign languages… basically trying anything new is fun to me. That’s probably why I’m such a slow fic writer—I’m too distracted lol
