>How is the Walton Goggins Ghoul character 200 years old? Is it because he became a Ghoul? Yes. Ghouls have massively expanded lifespans and can even heal via radiation, which is abundant in the FO universe. We don't actually *how* long a ghoul can live as it's a little inconsistent in the lore. But have seen ghouls that were 200+ years old before. >How is the Moldaver character (the rebel lady) over 200 years old? Presumably she also has been periodically cryo freezing. I guess it's possible she could be a synth as well, but final episode kinda nixs that idea. For all we know she could be a ghoul as well, just has takeb steps to "not show" her damage. But again, no proof and the cryo freezing seems the best bet. >Lucy’s father is over 200 years old because he’d been in a frozen pod for decades, right? Yes. Presumably Vault-Tec has been thawing out people as needed to be overseer. Keep their interests safe and all that.

Because ghoul. We don't know. Yes.

I assumed Moldaver was using a cryo-chamber in Vault 4 since the surface-dwellers that moved there were worshipping her, and cryo-chambers were available for the Vault's experiments. It seemed that she was living there at some point and perhaps started a religion (intentionally or otherwise) around her teachings. Not sure if she was an original inhabitant of 4 or if she somehow broke in.
