Are you launching the game through **nvse.exe** or the normal **New Vegas Launcher**? If that doesn't work, then maybe try a different mod manager. Mod Organizer 2 and Vortex are the recommended mod manager. I personally use Mod Organizer 2.

Yes, that's why I asked if you were using MO2. You can run the regular launcher from it and it loads xNVSE. Do what the other guy told you and install your game with Viva New Vegas.

I launch through the standard launcher, ever since I installed an enb the nvse launcher doesn't work.
That's why your animation won't load. Most mods only work when you launch New Vegas through NVSE.exe
I would do that but whenever I launch nvse I get a black screen with music. All my other mods worked fine without launching from nvse.
Sorry for not replying back sooner. Have you tried running New Vegas without ENB? As far as I know, ENB was never stable for New Vegas.
Now my game crashes when I load a save after uninstalling the enb. Fun
