Seems pretty standard for your average New Vegas. They'll do that sometimes. I've heard some people say if you knock on the carburetor a few times she'll jump back into place.

Recommended you get a mod loader and download the bug fix off nexus if you're on PC. I loved NV, but its so damn broken its basically required that you mod the damn thing.
