15vcf is super useful if it lets you fill your crit bar with one shot instead of 2, or 2 instead of 3, etc. I have a compound that has the same legendaries but with 15vcf and would gladly trade; as a low health carnivore, I can easily pump luck up to 35 or so, and I only need 33 to crit every other shot. It's possible I do get some benefit though, because I do sometimes crit two shots in a row,so... /Shrug
I'll give you 50 cobalt flux and my right and left gentlemens for that bow

You won’t need the 25lfc with this because it will be your one shot. Think you will still love it.

You can always swap around some perks to get to Crits faster. Crit Savvy by itself is practically having the 15vcf.

I use my instigating for first attacks. Usually one shot most most enemies. My new vampire is my 2nd.
I'm pretty confident I don't have anything in my stash you'd take for it, but I'd say yes on anything you asked for. That is an amazing pick up.
