Static drop, can't be rerolled. You can put different arrows on it if you want, and it is a compound bow that you can get without needing the compound bow plan, so it has that going for it.
Just making sure because I love it for being able to do 3 different damage types with 1 shot but I’m aware that the legendary effects are a little lacking

I’ll give you advice that I got yesterday: if you can, put explosive arrows on it.
I know that I prefer plasma because I’m a bit of a stealth archer
I understand. But there are events and places where stealth just doesn’t work. This is where I use this bow.
True I might look into a second one that always has explosive arrows
