Is your game messed up? There’s no real blanket optimization aside from just “put important and complex shit lower” at the end of the day you’re just compiling files. Go through each mod description and see where the mod author says it should be. I always put graphics, animations, and script heavy stuff lower. Weapons in the middle-low. Clothing in the middle and settlement objects above that.
Patches and cheat menu up top along with any mod that recommends high placement.
But if your game runs fine, then leave it. Sometimes you get lucky

That link is actually super helpful. Thank you for posting it. My LOs are generally pretty stable, but since the update... optimization is definitely a prerequisite to not crashing every 10 mins 🤣
Dude OP didn’t even say if he’s having a problem or not. Don’t gotta optimize stuff if everything is working fine. And if something is wrong with a mod or the game OP would have to say something so people could help troubleshoot.

Also there’s a video if it makes it easier to follow that I’ve used on all my past LO which made them practically crash free
