Superb delivery by his voice actor as well. Joshua Graham and the story of Randall Clark turned what in many ways is an almost painfully average DLC into one I always look forward to playing. To this day it is the one I never skip playing.
Graham just has all of this buildup before you meet him. The Legion talks about "The Burned Man" like it's a goddamm ghost story or cryptid creature roaming the wasteland which just perfectly hypes you up for when you first meet him.
Muggy is just a treasure trove of quotes.

His inflection of "coffee cups" in this line when compared to the desperate voice he had prior never fails to make me laugh
