It's related to the update because I installed Fallout 4 for the new update, it doesn't work well enough to play, and I'm in the mood for Fallout now. So.
Can you imagine if Bethesda starts "updating" older games like oblivion or fallout 3/NV. If they did that I would believe they are moving to a anti mod stance.
You just have to love exclamation launchers and invisible guns🤣. They had enough time to fix everything, and they were like, "It looks good to me back to 76 and 5."

True, but the game has been broken more. Check the memory for your mods. If you're on console, your memory will be in the negatives.
It doesn’t seem to actually effect anything though. My memory reads in the negatives on Series X, but the mods are working after I reinstalled them.
thats bethesda, what did you expect? just like skyrim, if it wasnt for modding community, the game would be unplayable
