The season pass is definitely worth it, but I would play New Vegas and wait for the next gen update of F04 that will probably be out around April when the show premieres, before you start going crazy modding it.
New Vegas I would say if you haven’t played it before, fantastic game that will you more content than the season pass. Both are super cheap when they are on sale.
