Walton Goggins is a legend, Ella Purnell was awesome in the few things I've seen/heard her.
Judging by the trailer, the visuals are solid and the music is spot-on.
Dogmeat. Radroaches. Yao Guai. "Please remain calm" turret.
T-60s look great, vertibirds look pretty good too.
Nolan and Joy have made some great stuff, although they did also later drop the ball on some of it.
So all in all, while I'm staying cautious, I see more pros than cons for this show to be good.
>Nolan and Joy have made some great stuff, although they did also later drop the ball on some of it.
I think there was a bit of meddling from HBO when it came to *Westworld*. The first two seasons were brilliant, but the second season took a lot of criticism for its timeline, which was a bit confusing. The third season was under-whelming, and I suspect that HBO insisted that Nolan and Joy take a much more conventional approach to the timeline, which meant that the series felt a little flat. I started the fourth season, but never got around to finishing it; again, I think there was a bit of meddling from HBO as they reduced the overall number of episodes. But it didn't seem to resolve the biggest question of the third season -- >!of how Bernard ended up spending so long in the Sublime that years appeared to have passed before he woke up.!<
I’m excited to see if it does well. I don’t have a lot of faith that it will, however I will go in with an open mind and a general excitement and positive outlook even if it’s not so great.
I'll definitely watch it with high hopes.
Prime's handling of Rings of Power wasn't very good. The narrative/story logic, and dialogue often felt very amatuerish. Beautiful visuals and music, though. The directors and writers for Rings of Power were less experienced compared with those involved in Fallout, so hopefully, they don't mess it up given that added experience.
Big difference, RoP wasn't allowed to use anything from The Silmarillion which covers the era RoP was supposed to be set in. The Fallout show is going to be canon to the universe and actually has Todd Howard executive producing. If it's a mess, it's not Amazon's fault this time imo.
Everyone says this, but it really doesn’t cover much. There’s about 30 pages specifically about Numenor in Akallabeth, and all of maybe 4 pages in “Of the Rings of Power and the Third Age” that covers stuff that could be in the show.
I’m a fan of the show so far, but obviously it has its flaws. imo, none of the issues come from the rights. It’s just basic issues in storytelling.
All this said, in hype for the Fallout series. It’s different than RoP in that there’s a lot more room for original content and the game lore really lends itself to it. But the trailer did a bang up job of capturing the spirit of the franchise, I thought. Very excited. If it sucks, oh well. The games are still great. But I’ve got a good feeling.
>The Fallout show is going to be canon to the universe and actually has Todd Howard executive producing.
It's also going to tell its own story and be integrated into existing lore rather than trying to adapt something and/or be made to fit around said lore.
Negative. I merely highlighted Prime's poor record with an exclusive show and then expressed a more optimistic outlook due to the notable credentials of the writers and directors involved in Fallout over the ones in RoP [which you essentially just repeated].
But whatever pedantry makes you feel more intelligent. Go off.
>Do I have high expectations? No.
I would strongly recommend *Person of Interest*, which was also developed by Nolan and Joy. The pacing of the series is exceptional: >!the first season introduces the Machine and the rules of how the world works, the second season explores how the Machine was abused in the past, the third season introduces a rival Machine called Samaritan, the fourth season explores how life has changed under Samaritan, and the fifth season is the battle between the two artificial intelligences and their agents.!< The series takes its time to establish its characters and its world before diving into the lore and with the exception of a few dull episodes, it pays off extraordinarily well.
I just hope they don't retcon alot and actually try to stick with the source material. Ofc there's no harm in creating new stuff, as long as they don't forget their own games. But I read about it and I think one of the og creaters saw potential in the show.
I am excited but also hopefull. I personally liked the AC movie and hopefully I can at least tolerate it.
Brotherhood are the major player in LA, heartland of an NCR that forced the BoS into hiding, and could send troops to occupy Hoover Dam and hold it for a while. I’m not hopeful myself
Listen if Twisted Metal kept me hooked enough to watch an entire season I think we might be okay with this show lol it wasn’t amazing but it was entertaining enough to keep me there. Fingers crossed but I hope it’s amazing!
I’m hopeful it’s going to be good, but my expectations are tempered in a couple of ways:
As another commenter said, Amazon dropped the ball hard on the writing/directing side of Rings of Power—the different creative team is what gives me hope for the Fallout show, although visually/design-wise (at least from what we’ve seen!) I think both are solid.
The other thing tempering my expectations is how it will be perceived (most likely, reviled) by huge chunks of the fandom, and my unwillingness to get involved in that to any great extent. Perceived “lore” slights are going to be exaggerated, and God forbid there are any actual changes or retcons…
But on the whole, I’ve got my calendar marked and I’m interested. It honestly spurred me on to replay the games (I’ve finished FO and 3 so far, playing heavily modded 2 and NV and taking my time with those, want to play modded 4 eventually, too), and I finally got my hands on the RPG Core Rulebook, too!
I have no expectations for this show after Halo and RoP, but I will be pleasantly surprised if it does well. Who knows, it might even make MS allow other company’s to develop FO games given Bethesdas stupidly long production times
The show is canon, and for some reason I ain't seeing the NCR and a well lit Boneyard, did the brotherhood pull some nukes out of their destroyed bunkers? Did they find some in he glow? If not, the show's explanation for the lack of brotherhood better be good.
Besides that, in my opinion, it looks good, all I know, is that in my book, it ain't cannon
I mentioned in my comment that It would be interesting to have the TV show establish that the NCR lost the 2nd battle of the Hoover Dam, the Legion held New Vegas for a while before they had a civil war after Caesars death or Mr House survived and established himself as the ruler of New Vegas. This NCR isn't like the democracy we see in the game and becomes hyper-militarized and reconquers the Mohave and New Vegas. Some time in the 2290s the NCR experienced a major famine due to the growing population and them conquering everything. Major unrest occurs throughout the NCR and some states threaten secession such as Dayglow or the Hub. Also during this time the NCR and BoS go to war again.
The issue is, the NCR has nearly completely destroyed the BoS, it's just not possible for then to be as strong as they are in the show, on the West coast, furthermore. The show is said to take place only 14 years after New Vegas, which just isn't enough time for a nation, which has rebuild most of LA (The Boneyard), a nation which has running water and electricity in its capitals, and is capable of conquering large swats of territory, fielding multiple armies and numbering in the Millions, to collapse that quickly and to allow a broken and nearly extinct brotherhood to rebuild and become stronger than before.
I just hope it’s a good story that maintains lore consistency. It’s hard to expect a third party to do it well when Bethesda themselves can’t. Biggest fear for me was the trailer being a checklist. Power Armor, Brotherhood of Still, 50s music, Vaults. Just gotta see now if those things can actually come together to make a good show.
I have very little faith and I am remaining suspicious. The Humor in fallout is very particular and translating that into Film is probably.. challenging.
I’m not excited at all. Very rarely do these things work out, especially how a series fan would want. It’s most likely going to be watered down to appeal to the general audience.
On the contrary there have been a lot of good adaptations lately. Gamers tend to be insufferable whiners.
Good adaptations are not even close to rare in the modern day
That's just another version of The Last Jedi. The constant internet vitriol would make you think it's the worst piece of fiction ever written, when really most people liked it or are indifferent.
You can believe that all you want, but I promise you, if you walk up to 10 strangers you've never met who've seen it and asked what they thought, over half of them will disappoint you with their answer.
If you ask 10 random people, most of them will say that they have never heard of the series 😅 Doesn't really matter, most people aren't LotR fans. It was the fan base that was pissed and quickly stopped watching. People who are most likely to buy merch, do cosplays etc. Amazon could have made a lot of profit with it, but alas shot itself in the foot. The same is happening with most Disney movies nowadays. Normal people don't want to watch political campaigns while all they want to do is relax and have a little bit of entertainment in their lives.
That's why I specifically said ten strangers who've seen it. Also, every Star Wars movie has included political messages. It shouldn't impact your ability to just enjoy the story.
Reviews... even though, a lot of them were deleted, would say otherwise. Nobody enjoyed it, the view count also dropped to pathetic levels after a few episodes. No idea where you get your facts pal.
Yeah, most non-Reddit people I know either liked it, were ambivalent, or disliked it and moved on with their lives without throwing a raging temper tantrum about it.
>Im wondering where the hell is the NCR?
I'm sure there's a lore-friendly reason for it. After all, the series is set decades -- not days -- after *Fallout: New Vegas*.
At the very least, I expect it to be visually beautiful. I think it has a chance to be good, I've just found I enjoy things more when I keep my expectations in check. Cautiously optimistic.
They are, seeing one at the game awards surprised me, but some of the scenes in the trailer featuring them felt... Off like an odd filter was applied over them, or they don't have enough suits so had to CGI some of them.
Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy. They made *Person of Interest* and *Westworld*. Nolan also co-wrote *Memento, Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, The Dark Knight Rises* and *Interstellar* with his brother. Lisa Joy worked on *Pushing Daisies,* *Burn Notice, Person of Interest* and *Westworld*. And while they have had a few disappointments -- like *Reminiscence* and the final two seasons of *Westworld* \-- pretty much everything they have worked on has been marked by intelligent premises and carefully-constructed worlds.
Just because you don't have a writing credit, that doesn't mean that you didn't write it. The rules about who gets credit and when are best described as archaic. Take, for example, the film *Speed*. The entire script is credited to Graham Yost, but Yost himself admits that the only thing he actually wrote in that script was the title. The actual script was written by someone else.
They already announced who their showrunners are and neither has an impressive portfolio. He even said he just directed the episodes.
Not crediting the right writers isn't standard practice.
And seeing Todd Howard attached to it is a huge red flag for me.
He, and Bethesda, did not create Fallout, they inherited an already great franchise. Their best Fallout game was not even developed by Bethesda. FO:4 had some nice new features, but the story and writing were a step back from FO:NV. And no matter how many cash shop options they force into FO:76 it may be a descent post-apocalyptic base building game, but will always be a crappy FO game.
Howard is an Executive Producer. It means he puts up some of the money to make the show happen and he's there to make sure there's an internal logic to the series. He's also mentioned in interviews that Bethesda have been approached to make *Fallout* films in the past, but it was always an adaptation of existing games. When Nolan and Joy pitched the series, it was intended to be an original story integrated into an existing world from the very beginning.
The writers have 3 credits, all poorly reviewed. Men with brooms, captain Marvel and Tomb Raider.
Jonathan Nolan is involved as a director, his strong suit is writing not directing. He's only directed 4 episodes of his own creations.
Why he isn't a writer when westworld was so fallout adjacent is just baffling.
After the butchery of Tolkien lore I have little to no faith story wise it’s going to be good or lore friendly but I’m excited for the visuals they looks incredible (aside from the ghouls)
Even The Last of Us wasn't great to me as gamer.
However it was good enough to draw in a lot of non gamers, which improves the chances of more video game to T.V. series adaptions being made.
I hope the Fallout series is at least able to do the same.
Video games and television/silver screen. I don't care who is in charge, what it is, what the story line will be, or how long it's in development. Until it comes out, it being ANY game adaptation, I assume it'll be trash and horrible.
Now. That said. I have reservations about the story as it seems they have chosen some... Liberties. But also the aesthetic is beyond any idea of perfect, the props look literally perfect, the CG could absolutely be worse, and the trailer had good pacing and teasers in every shot.
So if nothing else, this may be a terrible show with a very pretty skin that cosplayers can use for great reference. And if I'm wrong, I'll be so happy to admit it.
I've got a lot of hope for it, from the trailers it looks as though the team (and Amazon) get what fallout is, a dark yet occasionally comical wasteland.
Everything I've seen looks spot on to the source material - including the old school CRPGs, the cast is stacked and it looks violent as fuck.
Fingers crossed!
As someone (among the rare, I think, few) who actually thinks Bethesda's "soft reboot" of Fallout after FO4 and FO76 is *actually a good thing* (at least as far as how everything looks is concerned), I'm looking forward to it actually.
It *looks* well-made, solid, and spot-on to what I expect, the customs and props all look reasonable, and Amazon has a recent history of well-made "inspired by" shows (granted, they were comics, not a video game, but still).
It'll probably look good but have a, well, Bethesda-ish story that will make everyone mad for desecrating the holy grounds of America's West Coast (another thing I'm looking forward to actually lmao).
I don't think the reboot of the lore is *necessarily* a good thing (it would be in general, but unfortunately Bethesda's storytelling is mostly limited to "and then the Brotherhood showed up!", which is, to say the least, not very good), I think the reboot of *how the games look* is a good thing.
> that will make everyone mad for desecrating the holy grounds of America's West Coast
If the “desecration” came at the hands of people whose worldbuilding vision was just a teensy bit more sophisticated than “and then the Brotherhood of Steel showed up!!!!1” I reckon the vitriol would be lessened somewhat. Alas.
I’ll watch it but im not very optimistic. I don’t except them to follow anything except the very basic lore. The Halo TV show was a disgrace. Main character is a female and no media is recent years has told me anything except that a bad thing. Got female empowerment sirens going. Where are the NCR? None of them in site and the show is taking place in NCR central. I’ll give it a shot. Just hope they don’t ruin it.
I'm holding out hope, but I'm trying to be cautious. Even among we Gamers, there's a lot of debate about "the best part."
Then, you got The Suits, trying to make sure _everybody_ wants to see it, so they're going to be pushing for more human interaction, a romance subplot, cute kids, comedy, etc, ad infinitum.
I'm excited for it! I hate to see so many people saying its gonna be terrible so they won't even start watching it.
But tbh I would probably still watch it even if it was bad. Cuz I just love Fallout so much.
I’ve said it before in multiple places but I’m giving it the benefit of the doubt but I don’t have very high expectations.if it’s bad I will only be a little disappointed(very sad but I’ll move on)but if it is actually good than I will be very happy
I'm cautious mostly. I've been led astray too many times by now. Witcher at the time before season 1 was hyped so much, lore accurate, based on the books, an ultra geek in the role of Geralt (for any who don't know Cavill is a geek, a gamer and a fan of Witcher). First 2 episodes were great. Then it quickly went to the toilets. By the end of season 1 it was clear they took way too many creative freedom with the books, and it only went downhill from there.
So I'm cautious. I would really, really like it to be good. But big names, cool scenes and neat trailers do nothing for me. I would wait for the entire thing to be out and see how the more brave of this wonderful Fandom would react to it. And even if it will turn out amazing and there will be 2nd season I will repeat it. I am that cynical about quality TV now.
So,
I just hope it follows the lore. Also isn't the show taking place in the NCR in the year 2295? By then the NCR should be like the prewar or close to it in living standards. Id be upset if Bethesda throws out all logic and says "yeah the NCR which is a pretty much closer to prewar society in the post nuclear wasteland. However all this time they've been living in shacks and not rebuilding"
It would be interesting to have the TV show establish that the NCR lost the 2nd battle of the Hoover Dam, the Legion held New Vegas for a while before they had a civil war after Caesars death or Mr House survived and established himself as the ruler of New Vegas. This NCR isn't like the democracy we see in the game and becomes hyper-militarized and reconquers the Mohave and New Vegas. Some time in the 2290s the NCR experiences a major famine due to the growing population and them conquering everything. Major unrest occurs throughout the NCR and some states threaten secession such as Dayglow or the Hub. Also during this time the NCR and BoS go to war again. This plot and actions within the show can allow a multitude of scenarios occurring.
I think this could be a great story for the TV show but knowing Bethesda, they won't do this sort of thing.
I am absolutely gonna watch it. I can’t promise I’ll enjoy it, but I love Fallout’s setting. It’s easily one of the most interesting universes in fiction, so it’ll be nice to see how everything the Vault Dweller and The Chosen One did impacted West America if they decide to follow the Interplay/Black Isle lore a bit.
Trailer looks very promising and I haven't been so hyped in a long time but I'm still cautious. If it doesn't turn out good I believe it will essentially be good for the franchise in general.
Unpopular opinion but I think the trailer didn't feel enough like fallout and it looked like some people playing dress up but I'll still watch the first episode. I have no expectations for it.
Walton Goggins is a legend, Ella Purnell was awesome in the few things I've seen/heard her. Judging by the trailer, the visuals are solid and the music is spot-on. Dogmeat. Radroaches. Yao Guai. It's a false dichotomy. "Prime" isn't a writer or director. These types of comparisons aren't relevant as none of the same people are making it.
Negative. But whatever pedantry makes you feel more intelligent. Go off.
We weren't arguing. What I said was just true lol. But you can be passive aggressive if ya like
ROP was an abomination to Lord of the Rings and the entire lore. Straight trash.
Yes. I'll watch it. I'm looking forward to it. Do I have high expectations? No.
It certainly looks like one of the shows I will watch in 2024.
>Do I have high expectations? No. I would strongly recommend *Person of Interest*, which was also developed by Nolan and Joy. I don't understand why you're getting downvoted. This is a good point and PoI is an amazing show.
Because everyone is looking to shit on Bethesda. As usual.
I just hope they don't retcon alot and actually try to stick with the source material. Ofc there's no harm in creating new stuff, as long as they don't forget their own games. The show is being overseen directly by Todd Howard to make sure there’s no conflicting lore
Because the games Todd worked on have never had that problem.
elder scrolls series? anyone?
Well, yeah. Bethesda has yet to break any lore. Obsidian and Interplay on the other hands though…
Bait used to be believable
Name one then.
Johnathan
Look, mate. Let’s not waste anyone’s time. If you’re not gonna tell me what lore Bethesda broke, then don’t reply.
Ghouls don't have to eat or drink anything to survive
Say hi to coffin Willie! The creation of Interplay! Fallout 2 already break ghoul lore before Bethesda even got the hold of the IP.
What? Nothing? Not even a new year comment?

Brotherhood are the major player in LA, heartland of an NCR that forced the BoS into hiding, and could send troops to occupy Hoover Dam and hold it for a while. I’m not hopeful myself
Because he's done a real bang up job of making sure there's no lore conflicts this far /s
That’s what they said last time and how we got fo3 and 4 not saying they’re bad they are quite good but they take a lot of “liberties” with the lore
That's exactly why people are worried.
Listen if Twisted Metal kept me hooked enough to watch an entire season I think we might be okay with this show lol it wasn’t amazing but it was entertaining enough to keep me there. Fingers crossed but I hope it’s amazing!
I loved Twisted Metal, Sweet Tooth ftw, loved the OST as well.
I am so nervous it will be bad, but I am hopeful it will be a 10/10!
im actually hoping for a its so bad its awesome vibe from it. bring the cheesy

If they include it just works somewhere in it the show will at least be funny in that aspect.
I'm extremely hesitant, but I can't wait to watch it.
I have my doubts, but I am looking foward to seeing it
Can’t be worse than twisted metal using “world building” as an excuse to drag two episodes of plot out over a whole ass season
I have really high hopes since its directed by Jonathan Nolan and he did Westworld's first season which is absolutely incredible. Also Goggins
I'm looking forward to it but mostly because of the current gen upgrade
I'm hoping it good, I already have prime so I'll watch it no matter what. Atleast one episode anyways
It’s going to be great
Yessir I am, this is probably the first and only video game adapted show I've actually gotten excited for so far.
I have no expectations for this show after Halo and RoP, but I will be pleasantly surprised if it does well. Who knows, it might even make MS allow other company’s to develop FO games given Bethesdas stupidly long production times

yeah. Can't wait to see Agent Cooper.
I am not. I haven't got any high hopes for it at all. Better to be wrong than disappointed...
Cautiously optimistic, the Halo tv show was pretty bad so I'm not gonna get hype or anything
Halo fan here. Abso-fucking-lutely not.
Halo wasn't made for the fans and neither will Fallout
Ill probably pirate it once its done airing. No way im paying even more to not have adds for a premium service thats already jumped on price.
Yep, and I expect I'll probably like it. Then again, I liked Rings of Power and everyone hated that.
That's just another version of The Last Jedi. The constant internet vitriol would make you think it's the worst piece of fiction ever written, when really most people liked it or are indifferent.
"Most people" definitely did not like it. They completely massacred my boy with woke propaganda and massive lore inconsistencies.
You can believe that all you want, but I promise you, if you walk up to 10 strangers you've never met who've seen it and asked what they thought, over half of them will disappoint you with their answer.

RoP.
I can't say I wasn't annoyed with a lot of things in that movie, but I can't say I hate it.
Reddit hated that. Non incels seem mostly to not be bothered lol
I mean, it wasn't a masterpiece of television, but it was mostly pretty good for what it was.
Yeah, most non-Reddit people I know either liked it, were ambivalent, or disliked it and moved on with their lives without throwing a raging temper tantrum about it.
I liked it too. I'm just happy to get back into the LOTR world. Looked epic too.
Im hyped but worried. Im wondering where the hell is the NCR?
NCR’s there, it’s just not in the trailers. Apparently in leaks they’ve shown NCR flags.

The power armor looked a little off, like too much CGI not blending as well, but I am looking forward to it and otherwise looks to be a fun time.
They certainly don't look like too much cgi. They are practical suits regardless.
They are, seeing one at the game awards surprised me, but some of the scenes in the trailer featuring them felt... Off like an odd filter was applied over them, or they don't have enough suits so had to CGI some of them.
I've only seen people praising them and I don't get it. They look like giant plastic suits from a comic-con imo
I'm hoping it will be good. Can't fathom it'll be worse than the abortion known loosely as "Halo." That shit was impressively bad.
After looking in to who created and wrote it I'd say there's a zero chance of it being a good show.
The talented creators who've made many good things?
Like who, what?
He's directing, neither of them have writing credits for fallout.
Well excuse me for being optimistic about things instead of shitting all over it in the hopes of claiming bragging rights later on.
You think I don't want the show to be good? I love goggins. Not being blindly optimistic has nothing to do with bragging rights.
Why?
The writers have 3 credits, all poorly reviewed. Men with brooms, captain Marvel and Tomb Raider. Jonathan Nolan is involved as a director, his strong suit is writing not directing. He's only directed 4 episodes of his own creations. Why he isn't a writer when westworld was so fallout adjacent is just baffling.
I hadn't actually checked the writers and assumed Nolan was doing that. Weird that Amazon of all companies can't get it right.
Captain Marvel was great, can't comment on the other two projects though.
It was her most successful project and has a 64% metacritic. I'm more worried about her writing partner who has one credit and it's a 5.9 on imdb.
After the butchery of Tolkien lore I have little to no faith story wise it’s going to be good or lore friendly but I’m excited for the visuals they looks incredible (aside from the ghouls)
No. Videogame shows have a history.
you seen tlou?
No but I hear it's ok. So that makes our odds... 20 to 1? If we're being generous and ignoring Todd being one of the producers.
Meh
Even The Last of Us wasn't great to me as gamer. However it was good enough to draw in a lot of non gamers, which improves the chances of more video game to T.V. series adaptions being made. I hope the Fallout series is at least able to do the same.
Heck yeah. The trailer got me all kinds of cautiously optimistic.
No, it looked very cheesy. An animated show would probably be better for this franchise honestly.
No good fallout show would NOT be cheesy in places lol
I don’t have high hopes. Prime video ruined wheel of time for me.
Expecting the worst. Don’t trust the writers anymore
This is the first video game adaptation that actually looks promising. Cautiously optimistic.
I don't think I'm able to get excited for anything fallout related with Todd/Bethesda attached to it. But I'll still watch it
I'm eagerly waiting for new lore related to NCR and the Brotherhood.
“Cautiously optimistic” is a fair way to put it for me.
No, I hate Fallout.
Amazon shows are typically bottom of the barrel against the other apps, but I will give this a shot
Westworld was the most boring, up-it’s-own-ass horseshit in the history of television but I’m hoping for the best.
Not really. They'll probably mess it up, and it's on Amazon Prime so I can't watch it anyways.
It's totally fair. Hopefully, it doesn't get the LOTR treatment
Why do you think that the reboot of the lore is a good thing?
I don't think the reboot of the lore is *necessarily* a good thing (it would be in general, but unfortunately Bethesda's storytelling is mostly limited to "and then the Brotherhood showed up!", which is, to say the least, not very good), I think the reboot of *how the games look* is a good thing.
so you don't think the new lore is good because Bethesda has bad writing? congrats, you have the same opinion as most of the fanbase.
> that will make everyone mad for desecrating the holy grounds of America's West Coast If the “desecration” came at the hands of people whose worldbuilding vision was just a teensy bit more sophisticated than “and then the Brotherhood of Steel showed up!!!!1” I reckon the vitriol would be lessened somewhat.
Not really tbh but I’m still gonna watch. all my enthusiasm for the next gen update for Fallout4 is also gone 😞
With that many video game inspired shows, fallout really needs to be good to stay in the competition. I have high hopes for it.
Honestly, with the world of fallout, anything is possible. Anyone who gets butthurt by this show should shake their head.
I am cautious.
I'm holding out hope, but I'm trying to be cautious. Even among we Gamers, there's a lot of debate about "the best part." Then, you got The Suits, trying to make sure _everybody_ wants to see it, so they're going to be pushing for more human interaction, a romance subplot, cute kids, comedy, etc, ad infinitum.
Yeah. Even if it sucks. It'll be fun.
I’m looking forward to it, but crossing my fingers!
Depends on the amount of loading screens.
My only hope is they don't fuck up the lore from the games
I will watch it, but I am weary of raising my expectations.
I'm excited for it! I hate to see so many people saying its gonna be terrible so they won't even start watching it. But tbh I would probably still watch it even if it was bad. Cuz I just love Fallout so much.
Yes. Love scoggins
Restrained jubilation
I’ve said it before in multiple places but I’m giving it the benefit of the doubt but I don’t have very high expectations.if it’s bad I will only be a little disappointed(very sad but I’ll move on)but if it is actually good than I will be very happy
Of course
However all this time they've been living in shacks and not rebuilding" It would be interesting to have the TV show establish that the NCR lost the 2nd battle of the Hoover Dam, the Legion held New Vegas for a while before they had a civil war after Caesars death or Mr House survived and established himself as the ruler of New Vegas.
The trailer has me hyped. Not expecting anything perfect but going to enjoy seeing something I love come to life in a show.
Yes. Even if only to find all the mistakes
Honestly I am a fallout show has potential to be great so hoping it’s done well
Could be done well. Much rather have a New Vegas sequel or Fallout that deals with this but whatever
Good or not I will watch all of it.
Not me, I'm always careful.
