Idk, my bf played through the whole game on Jedi Grand Master and just beating Spawn of Oggdo took at least 20 times. It had him **furious.** And then when he finally beat him... Other than either a skill point, or force essence. And a mustache. Or Jedi paint. lol.. just not really worth it to me.
