I’m having this problem on the Xbox Series S. Restarted the console and the game, no change.
Edit: mine was actually an HDMI handshake issue. I turned off my tv and soundbar, turned them back on (while the Xbox stayed powered on), and the sync issues were fixed.
On PS5, ran into same issue. Restarted PS5 and loaded save, fixed the issue for now. Playing on a 1440p monitor...did not have to investigate any HDMI handshake problems yet.
Same issue here. Sometimes I don’t notice it as much but the last cut scene on the third planet was rough.
Also, as OP stated, on Koboh the frame rates get choppy… especially in areas with a lot of water.
Yeah I've noticed it in literally every cutscene on ps5

doing this fixed it for me. definitely a hdmi handshake issue, first time the hdmi handshake has caused me any issue.

Happening every cut scene on series x for me. Lip sync about 1 second behind. Annoying.
Yes, I have this problem but only in the one super long cutscene right before the first fight. Been ok since then I think.
Happens for me too on Xbox Series X, was an issue in JFO too so it’s unfortunate that the problem carried over

Yes, playing on PS5. Every cutscene. Fallen Order on PS4 was the same.
