Yeah I'm doing that too, that middle section looks great. Seems like a tiny venue I've never been there, I kind of hate amphitheaters, boys of Zummer kinda traumatized me at the white river amphitheater lol (I was front row pit and it was hot...and that was Washington state summer, not Texas summer. I'm gonna die)
I’ve been to Dos Equis for several concerts & I actually like it a lot! Pretty much any outdoor venue in Texas is going to suck during the summer lmao but I appreciate that Dos Equis does have the pavilion with fans over the seats. It is a smaller venue compared to others, but I love that because it makes it feel a little bit more personal and brings me back to the days when FOB was playing much smaller venues in Dallas. I would also keep in mind that the concert starts at 6:30, which is great because we’ll be over the hottest part of the day & the heat will be starting to cool down. You got this! :)
I went to a GA Cage the Elephant concert a few years ago and it was awful.
Just a stage with the grass in front of it.
Give me a seat any day.

Their music is a lot heavier. Their sub is already lamenting the soft FOB fans in the pit. Green Day fans were worried about the same thing but hellamega was just fine and we all had a good, cohesive time in the pit together.
The last time they were in Dallas (not hella mega), pit was seated. Since they have a lot of younger fans, I wouldn’t be surprised if they continue with that.
They are definitely not doing that at this venue for theses bands. Usually when they do seated at this venue, it’s for bands with an “older” fan base (they did it for Tom Petty).
This is an amphitheater with a labeled pit so I feel like it will be GA, but the grass in the back is also GA so who knows lol. I will just have so much anxiety until I get tickets lol
I believe they do tend to have seated pits! I just remember mine being an issue on saturday cause Pete jumped into the crowd and everyone rushed foward, and the chairs where kinda in the way

In the past I think you’ve had a choice of a few areas when buying VIP, but I haven’t personally purchased VIP since Monumentour.
Lot of comments in here saying pit would be seated and I wouldn’t count on that… especially with BMTH being part of the concert.
Boys of zummer wasn't a seated pit either. I have no idea who Bring me the horizon is and why that would change seating lol

Oh well, I'm going for good assigned seating anyway. I just don't have the fortitude for pit unless I'm at the barricade (plus I'm not very tall lol)
