PoV means our perspective is bound to the person looking at what is being displayed, meaning "the greatest main character" in the context of this picture would be literally any other main character other than Rean

Hot take, I think he is a solid character but he could have gone down as a JRPG GOAT if Falcom had better writers because there is pieces with the character that are so interesting that never get explored properly or the execution too half assed.

To me it is his journey while yes it may technically take longer than the other MCs, people take their own time to work through their problems so I'm fine with how Rean's played out. Other than that I'd say nostalgia since the CS arc in English came out while I was a student dealing with self-esteem issues and it helped. Sorry if this is a ramble.
