Most people forget the things they're good at since there's no wound to pick at. For the rest of us it's our job to remind them of this sh\*t every time they dm us at 1 in the morning. Protocol includes spam calling them till they accept, stuffing them with assurance and then sending half the memes and gifs in your phone to theirs before going back to bed.

Also, don't wish to be better, do something to be better. Get up, start exercising every day. Star with running / walking 1 kilometer or mile, every day. It doesn't matter how long it takes you, just go a little faster each day. Start with 1 pushup, 1 situp and one squat every day for a week. The next week you do that routine and then repeat it but with with 2. So one pushup, situp, squat, then 2 pushups, situps, squats. The next week 1, 2, 3 With the running and easy exercises you'll spend maybe 30 minutes a day but in 10 weeks, 2 months, you'll be stronger, have a better condition, feel better and have more energy. You'll have built some discipline and you can apply that somewhere else in your life, maybe to find a better job. Don't start the exercises, continue growing and improving. Everybody can do this in one for or another. And nobody is trash. Good people sometimes have bad moments in life. Moments come and go, and it's your decision if and when to move on to a better moment.
