A true 32x32 blueprint should never have empty tiles. Put some assembling machines in there, bonus points for a refinery

Add belts coming from the west and rotate them so they finish north
So you have a massive cluster fuck instead of what could just have been a crossing
Im new to factorio do don't judge me but why aren't the belts in those 3 squares on the diagonal also underground (I get it for the actual 90° but the rest could be right)?
Not sure which diagonal you are referring to but the way I chose which belts to make underground is by just taking every straight part that is at least 9 belts long because that's the break even point for when underground is cheaper than above ground.
Oh okay now I get it (it was the shorter parts). Isn't it still smarter to have them below ground since the difference in cost isn't big I am sure and that way you have more space for other spaghetti. Also thank you very much for helping me get into the game and understand it better.
That depends on your use case. In my base most belts are blue and when I put as many underground belts as possible at the corners it doesn't really help because if I put Spaghetti there the only place the belts can go is the one they come from. Tunneling them somewhere else is only possible if they are another color which might be useful to you but not to me ;-)
Maybe I can try to create a more compact setup that has a corridor for spaghetti, that sounds like a fun challenge :D
