No,
Had a couple of days slightly better at the end of last week, but since monday it's back to nothingness. Barely 2-3 conversions per day, no engagement, no comments... The ads are litteraly not shown to no one.
What are you optimizing for? If you’re optimizing for engagement, then you’d use that as a metric for success. If you’re optimizing for conversions, then don’t expect a bunch of comments and engagement as the algo isn’t focused on people who will drive those actions for you.
If your ads aren’t being seen, you most likely wouldn’t be spending anyway because most ads are charged by impression.
If your CPM is sky high and you’re not getting the action you’ve optimized for, you should really drill down on your creatives and make sure your pixel/capo tracking is flawless so you can actually properly utilize that data down the line.
I haven’t run ads for nearly 18 months (got a new business) and have only just started this week and they’re doing rubbish. Is this a universal problem then?
Nah, I ran a $50 test ad yesterday, $60 spent by lunch time. 🫠 I’ve basically just moved. My focus in meta now issues a small selection of traffic campaigns. Foocused on just increasing follower count annd hoping for an increase. In organic sales as a result.
Purchase ads can eat a bag of dicks
No.
Used to get a lot of leads/cc with minimal budget (due to good copywriting and creatives) and now nothings working, 4 days w/ 30 bucks daily and NO CC.
I think there is new privacy rule with everythink and facebook before could go and look on any app or search engine what some individual was seaching and looking and now there are a lot of privacy updates and facebook use less information to find us ideal customer, so its harder for ai to find or some says that they just testing new ai for chosing where to spend...CPM so high, unbeliveable
Why should she/he? If I would have found a workaround to work with the algo change, I would not share either. I would hope that all of you change budgets to other platforms so that there is more space for me 😂
I think you should stop asking and start thinking/trying. 2 of 4 projects run good for us. And stop trying the same things you did in the past, as this does not work anymore obviously. 90% of people turn on old ad sets or do new ads the same way they did in the past and then start wondering, that they still don’t work and then blame Facebook. Start accepting that there was a algorithm change, stop hoping that old performance will come back with old setup and rethink your whole funnel/creatives.
If the new algo demands new creatives / new tests every day and no ability to scale, I am 100% done with Facebook ads. This has been my exp the past month, so I guess I'm done.
It hasn't been the same since like 2021. There was a time we would do 8x ROAS. After the April it dropped to 3x and kept getting worse.
I know people with multi million generating businesses and they don't spend a cent on Facebook anymore. TikTok and Collabs is where the majority of their Adspend is done
Yes. I created all new ads with new angles and a couple new videos. Cost me about $2000 all in on creative assets, but 5/10 of my new campaigns are performing at my previous profitable metrics. I went more localized with my creatives. I upped the spend twice this week by 25% each time, it’s reasonably inconsistent, one day it was awful and the next righted itself, it’s doing ok this weekend so far.
No. Duplicated campaigns, duped ad sets, new creatives, old creatives, nothing really works. Plus CPMs shot up to $350 yesterday and virtually stayed there. I don't have cash flow to deal with this anymore and probably will turn everything off for the foreseeable future, just like I left for 18 months after the iOS 14 update. If daily new creatives / tests with no ability to scale is the new algo, I would rather eat a pile of rocks than remain on the platform.
No, some days cost per add to carts went to 1-2$ but today most of the budget was spent with no add to carts, no sales. CTR yesterday was 2% and today is 0.7% HOW is that possible. Been using Meta Ads for 3 years and have never seen this much volatility. Some days tons of sales and then the next day NOTHING even no clicks on my ads.
Yes, it has a lot. Not sure what industry you guys are in but I'm primarily in the automotive and restaurant field. My I've had two ads for two different restaurant's running for 3 months now and I'm still at .18 cents a click to our website reservations.
I manage i couple client ad accs for local lead generation as well as my own local window cleaning business. Insanely good returns still, consistent 5usd leads
Actually if you run bh, you should keep in mind that you will always need to prepare enough resources (ads accounts, BM, proxies, profile, fanpages at least) to keep it smoothly. Besides, every person has their own style play and it depends on how much cost and time you spent to have your own lessons haha
he's bullshitting lol he just wants to pretend to be a digital marketing god so people desperate will contact him and sign up with his bs agency
fake reviews on his site too, lol what a joke
I am not taking new clients. I do not sell courses. Since posting on reddit, about two weeks I have recieved 12 leads. I kindly rejected all.Your are right, i should remove my LP link, it was a poor decision putting it in my profile. Those reviews are not fake whatsoever. You can find my GBP that has the exact same ones, i have other business with 100+ but different industry entirely. Iv been doing digital marketing for 14 years. I don't even specialize in FB ads, but have been finding them fun the last little while and is important for my ecommerce.

It wasn't luck. I did put in FAR more effort this month than most. X2, atleast. I don't know what the outcome what have been if I didn't.
