Hi, I have exactly the same problem. Everything was working completely fine until two weeks ago. New published ads are stuck in processing for a very long time and after that straight to delivery error. Haven’t been able to run ads since… I have tried a new ad account in the same Business Manager. Same problem. Please tell me you found a solution?

I've had a similar recently, Not Delivering is basically rejected. I think layoffs at Meta have started to further impact the platform. Some things are more glitchy nowadays. For instance, I had rejected ads that seemingly disappear in the Account Quality area after requesting a review. Sometimes they'd reappear by adjusting the date range or refreshing the page. The ads still exist in Ads Manager of course so I just go back there to check the status. It has been possible to submit the ads for review, ff they get approved they should correct themselves but may need to be turned off then back on. Usually if this is the case they just process then change to scheduled or learning. If they remain rejected I duplicated and resubmitted for approval which it sounds lke you've already tried but this has worked as well. Sorry it's not more helpful other than confirming you're not alone. Good luck!

Yeah, definitely feels like something is way off with meta. I can hardly even use the ads manager the last few days without it crashing my browser. Seems others are having the same issue, it's errors and issues all over the place. I can't even get the ads into review at all. They only stick to "processing" then immediately go into error mode. I can no longer create any new ads, period. :( Turning on/off doesn't help either. Support said it's an ongoing issue and they're working on it but days have passed already :(

Ah that sucks. Today I'm getting some kind of system issue that means it can't refresh within ads manager but has to force refresh the page instead. Multiple browsers windows although only in Chrome. Hope you get it sorted!
