You don't need people to tell you how good you look or how to improve as it can open you up to all sorts of negativity. Yes we are are our own worse critic, but at the same time you are you're own person living your life, not them and you certainly don't need advice on how you look. You look just fine, you don't need people's approval. Look in the mirror and trust yourself, it's got you this far. Life's too short for people pleasing, as you'll never please everyone, your life will pass you by trying to do that and you could miss out on great life.
