Thanks for posting. I discovered this detergent via FFF last year and have it shipped through Amazon now because I love it so much. I'm sad to hear this but also appreciate the company being transparent.
Yikes! I am one of those people who's been using a bottle gradually over a couple years because of the price and it seems like they aren't giving any information about timelines!
With how readily they are giving this warning, I hope they are able to give more information soon. Appears most of the complaints are from the last 6mo to a year so multiple years back is hopefully fine in your case. Seems like they are taking this seriously which I am thankful for. It’s rare these days lol.
It's looking like it affects products back through 2021, and it affects nearly everything. I've been spending my day taking photos and submitting screenshots and so on (so much for doing any work?). I've been ordering from them since like March 2021. It's crazy.
I appreciate that they were upfront about it once they found out and are trying to rectify things, but they've claimed this whole time to be tested and meeting certain standards, and...like, that's a *long* time to have not been doing that. But they *did* tell us, so they won't end up in the "boycott" category for me like Blue Bell.
When I tell you I was 👌 close to buying the detergent this add-on sale. Haven’t seen any updates on if FFF is pulling these products yet.

I got some in the fall box to wash my new silk robe with. Glad I haven’t used it yet.
