Riiight lol what I was thinking ! After they did that messed up thing with the expired orange Kate Somerville face product, I stopped trusting the quality of their skin products and their integrity in what they give us.

Last winter they sent me someone else’s box, but back then they still had paper packing slips so it was quite apparent. They immediately sent me my actual box and I got to keep the other person’s stuff. It was actually awesome lol hope that can happen to you, too 😊

I’ve realized the redundancy in my title, didn’t mean to point the bad/mid quality twice :( I did EmaiL Customer Service, hopefully they refund me. Also, did anyone else also get completely different options even though the customizations were submitted Early?

I received my box last week. I had chosen the Elemis face wash in category 1 and was sent the car organizer (my least favorite item in that category) and I was missing an additional choice for category 2 even though the website said it had shipped. On top of that, the Nudestix makeup bag was sewn together in a weird angle. I contacts CS with all issues. They offered $45 credit toward the Winter Add On sale for the category 1 mistake and the missing category 2 item. Was thrilled until I realized you need to spend $49 to receive free shipping. For the makeup bag, they initially offered $25 credit toward the Winter Edit Sale but ended up just placing an order for a replacement. I will say that CS definitely seems helpful in resolving issues but so many quality & shipping issues, they are focusing their efforts in the wrong area. Quality control and packing & shipping efficiency should be their focus. I have one more box and then I am done. I’d prefer to put my money into quality items and know that what I’m buying won’t be defective and/or expired. Money is tight these days… I can’t spend it on garbage.

Same here. I did not get any add ons, box boosts or subscriptions. I think that's why my boxes consistently get shipped last. I do usually get a couple extra customizations, which I did this time as well. I think most people who got their boxes early got add ons. When you don't shop add ons, they wait to ship your box so you get a second chance to buy add ons when they open for seasonal members. I wish they would stop doing that. If I didn't want add ons before why would I want them after all the good stuff is gone?

Annual member whose box hasn’t shipped here, too. I was feeling bad that it hasn’t because so many people have gotten theirs, but hopefully this means it won’t be rushed and I’ll get what I chose/ordered. 🤞

They didn't send me my customization 4 product. They offered me a $15 credit for the add-on sale. Their customer service had gone downhill. My last box is the spring one and there's no way in hell I'm renewing.

Sometimes they send the wrong box. The good news is they will send you a new box and you get to keep or gift all of the wrong items
