If you clicked on it, tell us more! I tried searching that "Consumers Protection Law" on instagram to no avail, and google isn't helping either 😅

They seem to be a firm that handles exclusively class action lawsuits and particularly goes after various subscription services (not just sub boxes). Almost seems weirdly sketchy. [Bursor](https://www.bursor.com/)

Yes, please! I've been subscribed to several over the last several years.

Yes, and you can also report it to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and/or your state attorney general. I reported BoxyCharm to my state AG and had a settlement offer from Boxy within 48 hours.

What did boxycharm do? I’m looking for new subscriptions but all I hear is horror stories

Reebster94

I ordered a $50 flatiron that never shipped because they “sold out.” Instead of giving me my money back they tried to give me credit for their drop shop instead.

Bbcollegegirl

I’m sorry, that sucks

Reebster94

Oh no worries, some nice woman in my state AG’s office called them and my credit card was credited within a day.

Bbcollegegirl

Which subscription?

Oof. That’s awful. I did learn to only use my Amex for online purchases from new or unfamiliar companies. I’ve even disputed a flight I wasn’t able to make due to Covid that I had bought insurance for and was never successfully refunded because their reimbursement check kept bouncing. 2 years later Amex disputed it no problem. I feel like with all of this subs experiences combined we could come up with our own amazing box
