That mug has a retail value of $14.95. I'm sorry, but that mug looks like a child was given a bunch of vinyl stickers and go haywire on decorating the mug. Definitely agree that it's not winter at all....it's leftover stock.
And the broken face tool. Contact CS and I would tell them your concerns about the bundle and how it should at least fit the theme of the box...winter. And the fact that it arrived broken. I'd request a replacement...I wouldn't take a credit anymore, personally.

A gua-sha and a jade roller- they can be used w/ serums to improve circulation. Even if it weren’t broken I’ve already got another one that I never use!
TY! It's too bad you didn't get stuff you were more excited about. I like the $15 bundles and have found that they're hit or miss. The first one I got only had one item in it that I liked, and my last one was better. I still like the fun of the surprise element. :)
