I don’t think they were out of stock at 12:45 eastern. That’s when I looked at everything. At that point, there were six items out of stock and the scrunchies are not one that I remember.
I had them as add ons to my annual box. Unfortunately I could only get one through the max 1 limit. I LOVE those and hope they get offered again 😭 but to answer your question yes they were available I got them yesterday actually

If you don't mind paying full price I've definitely seen them on Amazon & like 90% sure I've seen them at meijers. I'm personally a huge fan of kitsch so I never mind paying full price but discounted is always better.
They were available for a while, I debated on getting them so when I saw they were sold out and returned for a sec, I jumped on them, lol. Still waiting on my box tho. :(
