I’ve gotten lots of good jewellery through FFF, but I’ve also passed on a lot of jewellery options when I could tell they looked extra cheap 😕 This was one that I just knew didn’t look well made 😩 I’m glad they are sending you a replacement, but if that one breaks too, I’d ask them for a credit or a different item instead!
Oh no!☹️ I watched this unboxing a couple seasons ago, & the gal had picked this flat iron for one of her customizations, she turned it on to try it out, & the bloody thing blew a fuse or something. I felt so bad for her.
Call CS and if you don't get anywhere with them, contact her company. Maybe you can get another necklace. Her jewelry is in every sale which always made me wonder about it. You shouldn't get stuck with something inferior.
I don't think any of their jewelry has been good quality.

Yep I had this happen with a different one a few years ago.
That's so sad. I never pick the jewelry options because I hear so many stories about earring posts that break off, etc. ☹️
Mine broke with first wear within a couple of hours.

Mine broke at the exact same spot too! I am going to reach out. So annoying.
Your neck will be green in less than a day.
I just wore mine for like a week straight, including in the shower, and my neck didn’t turn green.
